Customer Service: I would give zero stars if I could. Multiple staff members verbally berated my friend and I. If you cant run an establishment and afford customers common respect and courtesy, you deserve to go out of business.Cleanliness: There are also pests in the restaurant and is dirty.Coffee: The coffee tastes extremely stale, like its been sitting out for a while. Other local vendors like Filter Café and Grace Bodega are much better.Rest assured, I will never come back and I will share with friends, family, and community councils about how poor of an establishment this is.Overall Review: 0/5

Cozy atmosphere, good food and excellent coffees. The staffs are nice and friendly. The food is kinda pricey but the quality is good to justify itPros: Cozy atmosphere, good coffees and foods, tasty foods.Cons: Have to asked for key to open the restroom

Used to be a fantastic place for take out coffee, lunch, breakfast etc. Over the last year or so the quality has dramatically declined. It's really incredibly disappointing because this used to be one of my favourite places and I've gone through times where I have literally gotten something from here every single day. It is not at all reliable anymore. You have no idea what you are going to get. I don't know if there was some major change over in the last year but whatever happened has left this place as a shadow of what it once was, which is very sad. People just want what you put on your menu and they pay for.

Scones. I tried their scones for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was amazed by the taste, the texture. The way it was baked, with a sweet sugar crumbles baked on the top. Then decided to check in London if any other scones made and how do they taste? The bottom line, the scones here are the most amazing, tasty, nicely flawored and the shape and texture is very much presentable to serve for enjoyment of tea or coffee with them. The best ones!!! This week I got two of them for pickup... Will do the next week again..

I had a great brunch there today including a breakfast bagel sandwich and latte. Very friendly and helpful staff with delicious food and a clean, comfortable restaurant to enjoy it in.

I had a little time to spare before my train departed home so I Google searched coffee shop near me walking distance from VIA Rail and that is where I ventured off to..! I chose a salad and a sandwich with a raspberry cheesecake and THE BEST COFFEE (regular with a shot of hazelnut) and my!!!!Staff was great patrons were great and I would 100% recommend..!!

While most of the staff were hard working and polite, Shane was being blatantly racist to customers and harassing staff. When a customer asked a question he responded with “this isn’t Iraq or Iran” and was generally being rude. The other staff members looked uncomfortable and afraid of him. In 20 minutes he berated the staff on multiple occasions for the whole restaurant to hear, for no real reason. Additionally, while yelling at his staff he somehow missed my order and my friends finished eating before my food was started.
