If you are lucky enough to be accepted as a tenant in this building do not hesitate to say yes!The supers are amazing and live on site and do excellent job in caring for the building. Laundry is bright and cheerful and in great working order all the time . Underground parking is bonus . Central location.We love living here .

One of the most important factors of finding a place to live is good property managers, Raf and Dorothy are the best kind of people.If you ever have any kind of issues they will be 100% taken care of in a prompt manner. These people actually spend time renovating their units for new tenants. The parking situation is fantastic, the laundry facilities are great.This is a relatively quiet building, I never heard much from any neighbors. Had I not moved to a different city for work I would not have moved out of this place. Would recommend it to anybody looking for a good quiet apartment

Nice place to live. Underground/Aboveground parking garage, on site laundry, and common room. Units amenities include good sized storage closet, spacious balcony. , full bathroom with bathtub, full size fridge and stove. Utilities are Boiler heat, and water included with rent. Hydro and parking extra.The aging pipes, elevator in the building causing issues. As well as the factory noise from the ajacent Quaker Oats plant are the only dowsides.
