Best sushi in Burlington/Oakville area.I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hoseki. Quality of food/service was comparable to that of high end sushi place in Toronto but you can enjoy at more reasonable price. Ingredients were very fresh and garnishes on each sushi enhanced flavours. Each piece was served with perfect amount of wasabi and delicious house-made soy sauce.Last but not least Chef Tim and servers were very friendly which made my experience complete.I'm so glad I found this hidden gem in my neighborhood.

Best sushi in the Burlington/Hamilton area. Fish is flown in from Japan. Next level Japanese cuisine. The attention to detail is beyond compare. Come treat yourself, you will be glad you did.

I rarely write reviews but this restaurant warrants a great one! My friends treated me to an amazing omakase dinner for my birthday. EVERYTHING, was delicious. Every dish was high quality and melted in your mouth. Chef Tim was super friendly and knowledgeable. He would simply detail each course as it was served, and educated us further if we had any questions. The meal was paced perfectly so we were able to eat and savor each bite, and chat amongst ourselves comfortably. And with the amount of food, you would think it wouldn't fill you up, but I found myself pleasantly satisfied by the end of the night. Each dish Chef Tim creates are favourites and classics, so no need to worry you might get something too adventurous for your palate. The omakase dinner here is truly an experience I highly recommend. Very excited for the new Oakville location!

We had a fantastic dinner and left happy and full!The ambiance is cute and cozy and the chef and his wife make it a point to say hi and give recommendations.We had the nigiri / maki dinner, scallop roll and the double shrimp roll. So good!

I went out with one of my friend a couple of weeks ago, we didn’t make any reservations but were seated on the bar pretty quickly The service was amazing; fast and very detail oriented. It seemed as if the chefs were really invested in the taste and the making of the sushi. My friend and I tried the dragon, shell party and orange blossom special rolls. All three were supremely fresh and delicious. My favorite had to be the dragon roll, yum! Can’t wait to try again.

Went for my wife's bday last week - was a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly, truly felt like the classic Japanese sushi experience. The food was incredible. The fish was very fresh and rice was immaculately seasoned (my favourite part). Will definitely be returning !
