Indigo

This store has changed so much in such a short time and unfortunately, it has not been a change for the good of the store!Have you noticed the kiosks are gone where you could look up a book or check if it was in-store, at the actual store? Well they are gone for good and now if you happen to ask for a book from the wonderfully helpful part time staff, they now direct you to download the Indigo app and look for yourself!Their personalized customer care is a thing of the past and this was one of their strong points, talking to their staff for recommendations or possibly find a new author is frowned upon now and customers are directed to do their own research.A large portion of their clients are seniors that may not have the ability or interest to download and register to use an app. Or parents with many children that all require different books...The part time staff are so knowledgeable and their knowledge has been curtailed. So sad!I can find my own books online for cheaper from the comfort of my home and receive recommendations.Why do I need an app to browse a physical store with many employees just directing people to the 'Drama' section and that is where it ends?Not a good way forward for a book store...

I don’t travel to the east side of town often, so I didn’t recognize there was another Indigo outside of the mall.Very clean, organized and friendly staff.Smaller than the mall location, but very quaint. There is a Starbucks if you wanted to grab a coffee.Quite surprisingly, it was very busy for a Saturday afternoon.Everyone was able to find a book to read and heck we even found a screaming goat!

It's stocked up similar to the one at the Devonshire Mall except it isn't as big. It has lots of variety of books and discounted items. Gift wrapping use to be available. The areas are organized and the bathroom is clean. It's not as busy as it use to be, especially when Starbucks was located in the corner of the store.

Nice stuff in these stores.Very unique. Good gift ideas.

The younger male employee who checked out my daughter's books at the register this afternoon 100% made her day! It was also her birthday, which made it extra memorable. He was so sweet to her, and his kindness was definitely recognized. My favorite Indigo!

I've been here a few times and every single time, customer service is horrible.The store has great selection, and I like the layout, but I only go if I'm in the area and am in absolute need of something.

Friendly staff and clean store. Didn't see any employees until I got to checkout.

The best location. Still had Christmas clearance! Lots of staff on hand for questions. Nice and clean. Well organized. Everything I was looking for was in stock

Visited the store today with my two young kids. We were greeted in the Children’s dept. by Alan who was wonderful … So helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic with the kids.
