In February 2020, I needed to get my townhome repainted and some renovation work done, including adding a kitchen backsplash, in preparation for listing my home for sale. My realtor recommended someone he works with and he provided me with a quote. I also got a quote from Deluxe and another company in the Brampton area. I decided to go with Deluxe because they gave me a decent quote and I felt that Edwin was honest and professional.My experience with them turned out to be amazing! They were professional, respectful, and finished ahead of schedule. They were more than willing to take care of small issues that came up in the process of painting and renovating. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up after each day of work and again at the end of everything. My place ended up getting sold after just a few days in the market. Edwin and David are an AMAZING team. I have never met contractors who were this thorough and detail-oriented. They work on your home like it was their own. They answer phone calls and texts quickly, are always on time for the project (so you are not waiting endlessly) and they leave your home clean. What makes them stand out in my opinion is they always have your best interest in mind. They are very honest - from making helpful suggestions for improvements, to quoting fairly for a project and being on budget.You will not go wrong with choosing David and Edwin for your home renovation needs! Another great renovation project with David and Edwin. This is our 3rd time working with the guys and each time is better than the last. David and Edwin and their team are excellent! We were introduced to the guys through a designer who was helping us with our main floor remodel a couple of years ago. They were always on time, worked late, they cleaned up and everyone on their team was a pleasure to be around. Their work is outstanding and their pricing was very fair. Most importantly, they always did exactly what they said they would do (and even more). Last spring, we had them back for our master bedroom and bathroom remodel and we had exactly the same experience. Next year, they will do our basement. I would highly recommend David and Edwin to my own friends and family. They are terrific!

Edwin and Dave remodelled the main bathroom upstairs and they were very good. On time, on budget and high quality workmanship. They offered great suggestions on how to find vendors and good materials including tiles and bathroom fixtures. Great plumber Richard also came through and installed vanity, tub and toilet. They removed a bulkhead and enlarged the space as well as reinsulated the exterior wall. Very pleased with the daily housekeeping and control of dust and debris during the work period. Very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend Deluxe Painting and Renos!

I located Delux Pntg - Edwin and David off the net and had them quote on a reno of our main washroom -replace the bathtub with a walk in shower; great team; very pleasant, accommodating and did superb, meticulous work. reasonably priced for the exception work and always on time; projects completed on schedule (a big + for us) and areas cleaned up almost daily. Gave us feed back on how to improve the project. Our is an older home; we had our main washroom completely renovated and could not have asked for more; the finish was Spas Std" - just a new

Edwin painted my garage and front door. The builders paint was uneven and worn out. Edwin sanded and painted my doors and trim and now they look brand new, better than when we first moved in.Edwin arrived promptly on the job, he was professional and his prices were very reasonable.I would definitely use his business again in the future.Thanks

This was the second time that we had Edwin & David do home renos and we are so pleased! They installed flush mount 5,000k pot lights in our family room and replaced the existing pot lights in our kitchen. They topped it off with gorgeous crown molding and now our place looks amazing. In addition they went out of their way to replace our switches with dimmers and replaced the light bulbs in our existing fixtures with dimmable LED bulbs. Their work was done efficiently without sacrificing quality!
