Is this outdoor pool only for kids? People with no kids can use it or not?

What a wonderful place. Beautiful shady grass to set up your stuff, warm water, clean facilities, friendly and kind staff. So much fun for my 3 year old! We will be back.

Wonderful first time experience - definitely will be spending a lot of time there.

When you subscribe online for kids classes, it is not written the classes are outside. My 2 years old had his first class with rain at 9 am in ice water. I immediately called and ask for a refund (75$) for n- residents. They confirmed a refund was allowed and that I needed to send back 2 forms. 6 months later, I called many times, the employees says they dont receive my forms etc I ask to talk with their manager and she answered shes too busy to take my call but that she would call me back. Of course, no one call me back.. the employee asked me to send back the form for the fourths time which I did and that they would call me back to confirm its received. No one ever called me back to fix the issue and I can confirm the forms were sent each time. What a lack of consideration and professionalism coming from municipality employees. Looking forward to have my refund and bring my complain to a higher lever to report the lack of support coming from the city of beauharnois.

Good price, fun for all ages. A bit crowded though (to be expected) but the water is so warm? Doesn’t feel refreshing. Yet the toddler area which should be warmer is ice cold. I don’t get it.

It was very slow at the front desk to get our family passes for the season. Otherwise, the water was clean and warm.

Very well maintained place. Clean. Good for all ages. Highly recommended.

Beautiful & clean. Chairs for you to sit on and alot of shady spots. Life vest available. Staff is super friendly.
