Friendly and efficient. Even though they were not located in my vicinity AMJ, was able to meet with me online and had software to look live at what needed to be included in the service. Knowing that the packing and delivery would be done well was a weight lifted off my shoulders.

Our fourth move with AMJ. Very easy to deal with. Answered questions directly when planning the move dates.Called to confirm two days before move date and twice on move date morning. Showed up when promised. Nice crew. Very accommodating.

From start to finish Pam and Kathy from AMJ were wonderful,they new my belongings were going to be sent ahead of me and gave me the comfort I needed to hear. The Packers were joyful every step of the way.The day the massive 73' foot Atlas trailer showed up and maneuvered it's way into a bay street and Donna and Chuck Walsh stepped out of the cab. I knew all was good. The greeting we got from Donna and Chuck was so warm and welcoming . They are such a professional couple who with added helpers load and arranged my home on the truck. Never once complained. We had smiles, laughter and stories we shared... After hours of loading we were friends. Saying goodbye to my furniture was hard...But saying goodbye to Donna and Chuck left your heart full knowing that they cared about me and my belongings and had new friends.Donna and Chuck Walsh are Drivers for Altas and if your lucky I hope you get booked for your move with this couple....when phoning AMJ CampbellFrom start to finish you are in good hands. I needed help moving larger furniture items I was unable to move on my own. The list of items changed a few times, but the crew were fantastic and even grabbed a few items for me that weren't on the list, since they were going that way anyway". They made it look easy and were very friendly. I'd highly recommend them"

Very professional, quite efficient, polite and respectful. Also quite experienced in packing the furniture in a good way to protect it. I am extremely happy with their service.

Paid five figures for a move across Canada in January 2023 and honestly received the worst service imaginable. My children's game console was STOLEN. They unpacked the empty box and tried to claim we removed the item ourselves even though they packed and sealed the box with the console inside in our presence (with their packing tape) at our old home. They delivered furniture from another client (including their mattress) to us, they delivered four tires that didn't belong to us to our home, they misplaced our items (we still don't have them till today). They searched for our items for a month - but couldn't find them. If you're checking reviews you're obviously thinking about using them. I don't recommend that you do, but if you must here are my tips:1. They never pay out on insurance no matter what, so start by saving money on that. I've never seen anyone successfully claim on their insurance - its essentially a scam2. Avoid the lady we dealt with - her name is Pam Morris. Avoid her at ALL costs. I can not stress this enough. She's delightful when she comes around to your house and tries to sell you the service until you have a problem, or your items go missing3. They will try to tell you that you have sixty days to file a claim for any missing items - you don't. Make them wait (no matter how long it takes) and check over everything to ensure its all there. If you try to make a claim after they leave, they won't pay4. If possible skip the packing and unpacking service. It cost us over $2k for the pleasure of being robbed. At least if you pack by yourself, they wont see your valuables. Also, the unpacking consists of removing your items from the box and littering them on any surface including the floor. They do not place items in cupboards/drawers - even though they took them out of cupboards/drawers at the destination.

This company was contracted to move household effects from Winnipeg to Kelowna, BC. The 3 person crew which was lead by Ian, was exceptional. They were very polite, courteous and professional. They took great care in wrapping large furniture pieces and in the overall handling of other effects. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had my first long distance moving from Winnipeg to Montreal last month. Chad and Jordan arrived on time in the morning. They are very professional, efficient and polite. What impressed me most was that AMJ took very good care of my furniture and and mattress all the way to Montreal. They even wrapped the table legs using blanket. Definitely will recommend to others!

Very pleasant and easy to work with. Very professional in their packing and the way they dealt with us. However, ensure you boldly mark the items that you are not packing or else they will pack everything and I mean everything. I had told them not to pack certain items only to realize when I received my shipment that everything was packed. Overall, very good service.

Working with AMJ Campbell was a great experience from start to finish. The initial response was quick, with an in home estimate same day to make sure everything was accurate. The estimate was significantly less than other companies, and the final price was even lower. The movers were punctual, friendly, and worked so fast! They were respectful of our belongings and the house and made the day go so smoothly.
