Sarah Palmer and her team at Vantage Property took care of my condo for many, many years. They always provided excellent service, whether the matter was administrative (monthly statements/finding new tenants) or upkeep and repairs. I was so pleased with their service that I highly recommended them to the people who bought my unit, with the result that the new owners have continued on with Vantage. I know they will be as well cared for as I was.

Vantage managed a rental property for me for a number of years. As a long distance owner, they made the whole process very easy and worked to make it a stress-free investment. They were always extremely professional, timely with any responses and very knowledgeable about the industry and area. They took the time to find good tenants and ensured the property was well taken care of. I would highly recommend Vantage Property Management to anyone with a rental property in London.

I rented a house from vantage , signed a one year lease and the company I moved from BC to try and fix went bankrupt after 8 months .To begin with the house was not cleaned even close to a reasonable standard, than when we had no alternative but to ask to exit the lease about 3 months too soon , Sandra was abusive to my wife to a degree that my daughters had to shut her down .I was overseas as soon as I found out the company was bankrupt and rather than being reasonable and dealing with the situation in a professional and respectful way this lady was rude aggressive and unprofessional.Like that somehow wouldAlter the course of events that were not in our power to change.Seriously these folks lack interpersonal skills that are required to manage a business as an intermediary between parties .Overall I wouldn’t recommend they mange a taco truck of mine .I waited some time to write this review as my daughters just reminded me the type of pressure that was asserted towards my wife and the manner in which things were Handled.My wife is a kind and sensitive woman who was managing so many things in an obviously difficult and stressful situation and the overall experience was horrible.And all that negativity and anger changed nothing.If you want to have people respect you and your property these are not the businesses professionals you want .Stay BlessedCDS

I recently rented out a townhome in London using Vantage. I was able to meet with the owner (Sarah) who was a pleasure to work with. The townhouse was rented within a couple weeks of us talking, and so far we have had no issues.Prior to renting, the unit needed updating, and Vantage handled all updates, from putting in a new railing, re-finishing a hardwood floor, and painting.I do see some negative reviews here from tenants, and I actually spoke to Sarah about them. She was saying the unfortunate fact was that they cannot do any repairs unless the landlord ok's them. This leads to them being in the position where they feel bad for the tenants, but cannot do anything to rectify the situation. She is however trying to work on only accepting landlords who are reasonable about completing repairs.

Experienced, knowledgable, professional, organized. We have found places more than once through Vantage. Highly recommend renting a home with this team.

Sarah and the team at Vantage property have been terrific for me. I was an abstantee landlord living in the US and Vantage took great care of keeping my property rented, in good repair and dealing with my non-resident taxes. They were a great help too when I decided to sell my property, and there was nothing in that for them. Just a class act. I could not recommend them more.
