Bracebridge Sportsplex

I’m so unbelievably impressed by the instructors and team who teach my 4 and 2 year olds swimming. My son is terrified of water, and at just six months in, he’s dunking his head and swimming with assistance Meaghan, who runs the program is phenomenal. Special shout outs to Miss Kimmie, Annie, and Amelia. Their jobs aren’t easy with these two nuggets, but you wouldn’t know it with how they treat my kids. Big thanks, and highly recommend.

Awesome place and they have very cheap membership options if you only use the upper track (cardio machines included) for 35 bucks every 6 months! Can't beat that. I'm moving away after being here for year, but I've loved this place.The weight room is excellent as well. Not the biggest, but they have everything 99% of people need.Thank you, Bracebridge. It has been a great experience living here.

Great place . Lots for the kids to do . Rock wall , swimming, workout , track , and I even got to see first hand how fast they responded to my missing kid ... ( just confusion on my end ) but they were right on shitti g it down and searching ... fast fast response... I have no concerns about having my children there . I'd like to say thank you to the staff for going threw covid and being open and going threw the growing pains with all of us ... thank you vary much for being so understanding and caring... you guys rock ...

My review ONLY relates to lane swimming and to start off, the staff are WONDERFUL (hence bringing the rating up). That being said, the old people that frequent this pool are absolute Karens. I was told, I needed to ask permission from the person using the lane before I could enter and that that was swimming etiquette (i've never heard this rule at any other pool). There was literally one person in each lane... the 2 karens then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't ask the life guards about lanes (which i did and always do in a new pool) but should be asking them instead. If you're thinking about going for a lane swim here, just brace yourself cus MAN I've never been to a ruder pool in my life and according to the life guard, they're there all the time. Good luck and swim fast :)

Super nice staff! Water is always warm and clean. Music is too loud though which can be difficult to tolerate when you have a disability but I guess you can always ask them to turn it down and I’m sure they’ll understand. Really nice place

Their website isn't the best. Camp registration didn't work as planned. No one picks up the phone or returns calls. Staff at the reception desk were somewhat helpful but didn't know or seem to care about their website issues. Everything is done through their website yet it doesn't work as it should. My son will be missing camp because of their technical issues and lack of technical support. In person registration worked much better.

I came today afternoon to enquire about services offered at Sportplex and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service team quality. I don’t recall all the names however they were going above and beyond to answer all of my many questions. I’ve received lot of great information, flyers and even for a personal tour by Xinger. Thanks a lot for a great experience and service. Much appreciated.

The pool itself was kinda gross looking the water was not even luke warm. I thought the kiddie pool would have been warmer for the little ones my 11 month old was literally shivering. The water features were fun the kids liked the obstacle course and the slide. I went a few years ago, and I was $2 to get in and now $16 and change for two adults, 6 year old and 11 month old baby. Lady at the front desk was less than personable.
