Westeck Windows and Doors | Chilliwack Showroom & Head Office

We have really enjoyed working with Westeck Windows and Doors for years now - from our personal home in 2008 to multiple custom homes! We really appreciate that they are locally manufactured and Stephan Kuipers does a super job as our customer service representative - taking excellent care of us and our clients! A great showroom with beautiful high quality windows and doors!

I recently contacted Westeck Chilliwack to report our basement sliding door defective specifically the door locking device and bottom security lock. Alisha arranged for a technician to attend our residence to effect repairs. Bryan and a co-worker later attended and repaired the bottom security lock but were unable to repair the door locking device because Westeck no longer stocks that part. Bryan provided the name of the supplier and provided a tip when replacing the defective lock with the new part which I did without a problem. Kudos to Alisha and Bryan for looking after me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend contacting Westeck for quality door/window products and servicing.

We order all our windows and doors from Westeck unfortunately I had forgotten over the time to put in 3 screens. 2 screens were damaged and missing one. I contacted Westeck and They transfer me to Service where Dave was able to help me. I explain my situation, he came to take measurements of the missing one and picked up the damaged ones. My screens were ready the next day for me, he made sure to explain to me how to put them in and label them all nicely so I knew where each screen went. I appreciate the help and costumer service that Dave provided and I’m very happy with all my windows and doors.

Love our Westeck windows and doors! We get so many compliments on our huge, beautiful front door and black painted windows (inside and out)! We've been living with them for a year now and couldn't be happier.Great service and very knowledgeable & helpful project consultant :) I recommend Westeck to anybody building or renovating!

We contacted Westeck Windows and Doors to see if they could help us. Service Manager Michelle arranged to have a new window installed and awesome General Manager Neal graciously donated the window and the installation time. We have enjoyed our large Westeck installed sliding patio door/window for 9 years. Recently, the closing and locking handle got a bit “sticky” so Westeck sent Bernd and Xem out to check it for us. Within a few minutes they had done minimal adjustments, applied silicone spray to a few areas and the door was working perfectly again.Such a treat to have prompt service and knowledgeable, friendly technicians pay a visit!Thank you so much.

We worked with Westeck Windows and Doors to arrange for a service call at a strata complex. I contacted them on a Thursday and they had their service crew there the following Thursday! Everyone was pleased with the repairs and happy to have their door in working order again. The best part about the whole experience was that all of the work was done free of charge!Thank you Neil, Michelle, and Head Technician Bryan for attending to this matter so quickly.

Our previous tenants broke two of the locking mechanisms on our Westeck Windows. During the move-out inspection, I discovered the issue but had no clue how to repair it or who to call. I also was short on time, because I have new tenants coming in 4 days, and wanted the job done while the suite was empty, if possible. I called Westeck, and spoke to Dave. I told Dave what I thought was the issue, and he committed to getting the job done in the short time frame I had. I got a phone call from Dave minutes after our first conversation. He had arranged for a technician to come the same day (today), and he asked me to send him photos so that the technician could come prepared to do the work with the parts needed for the job. The technician arrived and was courteous, capable, and quick. He diagnosed the issue and replaced hardware, and reset the first window, and replaced hardware on the second. By the time the technician left, I had gone from having no clue how to fix a problem, to problem solved in 2.5 hours. I could not have been happier with the job well done, and it feels like a weight off my shoulders knowing that there are locking windows throughout the suite again, and fully closing windows that will keep heat indoors in wintertime. My review is for my experience with a warranty issue.My bathroom window seal broke somehow, making the window foggy in between the glass panes. I set up an appointment online, was contacted promptly by email by the Service Administrator to set up a time. I was given an appointment to fit my schedule in about 10 days from my initial contact. I was glad this could be done sooner than later! The crew that showed up was prompt, both guys were polite and professional, and my install was done quickly and pain free. There were no issues! I was extremely happy with the whole process. Dealing with their Service department was a pleasure. Westeck windows are nice, high quality windows, and the warranty process for me was great!

Initially contacted them August 21st asking for a quote. No reply. I then followed up on September 10th. Finally got a call from a salesman saying a quote will be ready in about a week. Yet to receive a quote. A little disappointing.
