Neuville Apartments

We've only been living here for 6 months now, but have had the best possible experience. The management here is great, we've only had one or two miscommunications. Common living space (such as the yard, pathways, hallways, lobby, etc) is always well kept.Our apartment was spotless upon move in, and keys were available on time. Rent is a very reasonable price for the size of the unit and quality of the building. It is dog & cat friendly so long as your animals don't cause issues for your neighbours. We have lots of lovely feline & canine neighbours.Lots of storage space in the unit itself, small kitchen but ample space to put a table to eat out outside of the kitchen.The depanneur is only 100m from the entrace to my building, and open late. Great to have easy access to conveniences like this.Outdoor parking is ample and came free with our lease, which was great.All in all, I would definitely recommend any of the buildings owned by Groupe Mercille.
