Quite possibly the slowest Tim’s I’ve ever been in. 25 mins from door to till with 3 people in front of us. Multiple staff running around like chickens with their heads cut off.Some staff put in the effort to pick up others' slack which is evident. From the lady behind the till who couldn’t hear half the people's orders to placing wrong orders and other staff members sweeping garbage and touching with bare hands to answering drive-through headsets then touching donuts without a single wash of the hands.The management here should applaud the good staff and retrain the others. It shouldn’t be hard to spot if we did notice in the 30-minute visit

I called this location after going to the other one in Rocky, to see if they had enough anytime snackers in stock for me to pick up for my girlfriend and I and they said yes we have lots so I went out of my way to this Tim’s to pick them up and asked for 1 jalapeño anytime snackers and 3 garlic ones and was handed only one of each in the drive-thru and had only realized when I had left and was on the highway. I called and they said they had a new co-worker on the window and he didn’t know there were multiple bags in the order. So they took my name down and I could come back in and get the rest. I said I won’t be in town for maybe another couple of weeks and they said no problem. So I was back a week later and they still had the note and got me the pastries but they were completely cold and not enjoyable that way at all. So I mean it was nice they held a note for me to come back and get them but it’s frustrating that the order got messed up in the first place and that when I finally came for them, they were so bad I couldn’t eat them.

Out of several food items. Donuts looked stale again. Canada is just waiting for a fresh alternative to replace this brand.

Tried to get a quick supper at 5:50pm and was told they had nothing. Everything I asked for I was told they did not have, so I asked what do they have and was told NOTHING. I then got stuck in the drive through line for 10 minutes. I would have gave 0 stars but that is not an option.

If you want to lose 15 + minutes or more of your life go through this drive through. Absolutely brutal, i won't go back here. They shouldn't be able to have a business if you can't properly run it. Even going inside is a waste of time....

Very poor and rude service. I ask for large supe, and was charged for large but received regular. I LEFT THAT SOUP WITH THEMVery disappointed!!!Never stop again on this location!!
