Juno EMR

We are a clinic located north of Toronto. We have been using Oscar and Clinic Aid for 1 1/2 years now, and now MyHealthAccess. We switched to this company after leaving another local Oscar support company that couldn't provide what we needed.We have been so thrilled with this gang. ClinicAid is an exceptional add-on for billing that far surpasses the billing functionality of Oscar. I wouldn't do it any other way. They have been super helpful in helping us customize Oscar the way we need it for our clinic, which functions as a sub-specialty.Everyone there is wonderful; Hardie, Kelly and now Martine. We are very blessed to have found this company.

Not sure if the EMR support has deteriorated significantly in the past year. I was previously with JUNO EMR and Terry was my point of contact - was always very responsive via email. Recently tried to sign up for JUNO EMR again for a different clinic - terrible support - no one ever picks up the phone line, and emails are responded to about one week later (or never responded to). And this is just to set up the EMR. Elisa and Mark from Well seem to be the new point of contact and don't seem to reply to emails or answer phone. Will be looking to sign up for a different EMR.

Wonderful support. The nature of my practice is such that I've needed many modifications over time. Terry, Kristoffer and others are always ready to provide the next adaptation. Much appreciated.

I have been a client since 2016.The EMR is easy to use and user friendly.The support team is amazing and second to none.They're alway there for you with the most patience you can imagine.I have to admit that this comment of appreciation is way past overdue.
