I met Jade when I first joined Depth Training. Her workout classes were very enjoyable and her mobility classes were much needed to wind down and have a good stretch! I've also had the pleasure of having some 1:1s with Jade after an injury and she was fantastic to work with. Kept me accountable and helped me push through and recover quickly.Thank you for all your support Jade, you're a superstar!

Jade is an amazing personal trainer! She takes time to understand exactly what it is that I am looking for in my fitness journey. She tailors to my exact needs and provides amazing support and motivation during our sessions. She is very responsive and is very flexible with scheduling. She also offers virtual training which is very help and handy. I highly recommend!
