Best auto shop in town! Being self employed I use my truck every day for work. Although being completely swamped with vehicles they immediately fit me in to get me going again. It’s rare to find a service like this in Whistler anymore.

Just amazing people. Our truck broke down on the sea to sky highway when our tensioner for a belt broke. We are family with a small child stranded, from the states. We called every mechanic from Whistler to West Vancouver. No one was willing to help us or even allow us to tow our vehicle to them. Whistler automotive was. Couldn't be more thankful. Sammy was wonderful to work with.

The staff at Whistler Automotive were first class !! They were absolutely swamped with two week waiting list, and they helped me out in an emergency situation. They could have easily turned us away, but they chose to help!!! True blessing!! Our vehicle upon arriving at Whistler had overheated! A complete nightmare for a family of five. We managed to limp the vehicle there after they graciously agreed to take it in! They diagnosed the problem fast. I was shocked! Sucked that it was the transmission and not a simple thermostat, but had they delayed the diagnosis/service I wouldn’t have been able to arrange a tow to a transmission place, get a rental vehicle all while we were up there for a hockey tournament! They weren’t out to make money they were there to help! True blessing!! Thank you Whistler Automotive!!! Truly felt like we were in great hands!! From the front counter to the mechanics and everyone in between First Class god sends!! Thanks again!!!

They are the best! For two years now one part of our winter travels is having the semi annual oil change and check done by Whistler Automotive, and they couldn’t make it easier for us. Everyone there is nice and helpful and we are so grateful we found them. They make our travel so much easier!

Easy to deal with. Honest and upfront. Been my mechanic of choice for 15 years.

Was told 4.5 hours labour. I figured i was getting a regular hourly labour rate because the lady at the front desk did not once tell me that they charge extra if you bring your own parts. Dennis the owner is a good guy but i don't like that she didn't speak up in the beginning and tell me about the price differences in labour when I dropped off the keys.

Felt the price was reasonable compared to other shops and really appreciated the follow up vehicle report showing what they had checked and potential problem areas to keep an eye on without being pushy. The follow up phone call by the guy who worked on our truck to ensure I understood the report and didn't have any questions was awesome too. Thanks Whislter Auto!

I can't say enough great things about this place. I had driven up from Vancouver after purchasing a used vehicle. Despite passing the safety inspection, upon getting into Whistler, something was seriously wrong with the brakes/calipers as I was driving. Even though they were completely swamped with cars, they understood that I was essentially stuck in town until I could get it assessed. They squeezed me in an immediately found the problem. They communicated quickly and effectively and explained the entire situation to me. While they couldn't solve the problem for the long term due to parts, they were able to fix it enough that I could get back to Vancouver SAFELY. I would go back here in a heartbeat.

Had numerous problems with my car and they took it in and solved all of them! Friendly staff and even took the time to fully clean my vehicle an change the headlight for me without asking when I just had the replacement bulb sitting in my passenger seat.
