I took my grand am to them after a brief overheating issue …The modulator for the the clutch fan failed and was wired direct as the part was no longer available…However!!!!Between the time i dropped my car off with Derrick and Derron, somehow my Transmission “developed an ENORMOUS “CLUNK” with each gear!!! Of course they deny any “NEGLIGENCE” and refuse to take accountability ( not gonna sue over a 20 year old car ) but the lack of accountability is pause for anyone considering using this shop to STRONLY PASS!!!Zero integrity !!!

Took my 09 Challenger RT for balance ,rotation and alignment on the front end , dropped it off at 8am had it back by 430pm same day. Even had to reschedule due to my own mistakes and they still squeezed me in. Would recommend 100%., Thanks Desco!

Took my vehicle there for a safety and oil change. Outstanding service and communication through every step of the way. Very prompt service and friendly. Also very thorough and did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I want to give a big shout out to Desco Automotive! Last January I took my vehicle in because I was loosing coolant. It turned out that it was the water pump. Not a cheap repair but Desco backed up their work when my low coolant warning light recently came on. I looked under the hood and my coolant was a little low. I topped it up and drove about 400 km with no issues. To be on the safe side, I decided to take the vehicle back to Desco. They put it up on the hoist and they removed a couple of panels and assured me that there were no leaks. I am very happy with the follow up service at no charge to me.You have to like a garage that you can trust and not one you can't.Thank you Desco Automotive!Cheers,Darrell

What I valued most was their respect for my time and communication. They gave me updates on the status of my repair and finished the work as quickly as possible.

Just got back from getting a tire repair at Desco and I couldn't have been treated better. I called and explained that I had an appointment later that morning and they made room in their schedule and had me back on the road in a half an hour!! The staff are friendly and really care about their service.
