Ian was wonderful to deal with. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave very detailed comments on most items. We appreciated how he took the time to chat afterwards to go over the questions/comments we had. We would defiantly use him again in the future. :)

Ian has a great demeanor with his clients and takes the time to explain and reexplain his findings should it be necessary.I found him to be very down to earth and reliable! I have had to return to the Inspection report a number of times and find it convenient, easy to understand and navigate. Highly recommend Ian to anyone looking at purchasing a new property!

Ian was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional and took the time he needed to complete a full inspection on an older home for me. He showed me everything that was, or could potentially become, an issue and took his time with me, never rushing anything, and at the end I received a comprehensive report. I would use again, and I highly recommend.

The inspection was thorough and timely. The accompanying pictures and videos were quite helpful in assisting us to completely understand the scope and results of the inspection. Ian is not reluctant to point out defects or safety concerns, no matter how small. The color coding used helped us in knowing what was urgent. All in all, a wonderfully professional report. We would definitely recommend Okanagan Inspections.
