Called for a pull for Semi, truck spon out. Waited an hour and a half and still no show. And I'm blocking traffic. Flaged down a loader to pull me 20 feet. J A towing changed my card $172.50 for doing nothing .

On Sunday I broke down on the side of the highway. Jesse was driving by and stopped to ask if I needed help. I had my situation handled with a plan. Jesse offered to tow if needed. I felt blessed that if my plan failed, he would be back to tow me. I didn't need him but he gave me a very reasonable rate if I did call. Jesse stopping and offering plan b made me feel safe and confidant in my plan. When I got settled in once in town, I called him and thanked him for his kindness and support. I will use them if or when I need a tow. Thank you again Jesse!

As a new employee here at JA rowing, I have to say the team is pretty solid, lots of experience in this crew, and the owners Frank and John Jardine really take care of their crew, they great me everyday with a smile and take the time to talk to each and every employee to see how they are doing. Jessy who runs the towing side of Jardines Auction is a great boss, takes the time to get the boys to teach the new guys the ropes and is very open to new ideas if the are solid, and feasible, great place to work this is the second job I have worked at that I truly look forward to going to work

Fantastic service.Jessie spent a lot of time trying to fix it.also gave us a ride to town to our hotel . Keenan showed up at 6am as planned and took us with the vehicle to Halifax. Very nice young man with excellent work ethics.Highly recommend them!

Dave came and rescued me when I had two flats. Price was reasonable despite the distance he had to travel. He was friendly and very professional. I will DEFINITELY call again if (God forbid) I need another tow.
