We made a reservation in advance. It was confirmed in advance. The service texted us 3 hours before pick up to confirm again. We didn’t answer because we were dancing at our wedding. They didn’t come because we hadn’t texted them back (one text, no follow up). We were left stranded at the end of the night. When we called they said they get fake bookings all the time so they didn’t come when we didn’t text back - and that if we still wanted them to come it would take an hour.Moral of the story - confirm the 3 hour before text! But not sure how to do that if you’re flying.

We had an emergency and my husband needed to go immediately to the airport. The driver arrived in less than 10 minutes even before any previous reservation in a snowy day. This was very appreciated!

Driver was polite and car was clean. Numerous calls asking where the driver was and I was regularly told 2 minutes away. Took 20 minutes to arrive, certainly not 2 minutes away.
