Clean bright rooms. Well kept by the friendly staff who always had a hello! The adjoining lounge and restaurant are very convenient and easy to get to. Delicious food and portions are plentiful!

Great pet friendly hotel! Super spacious, clean, and modern rooms with super comfy beds!

We had stayed at this hotel a few times in the past with good impressions. This stay did not measure up to past standards. Although the staff were friendly. The issues in this case were multiple...firstly, the room was a bit untidy. The beds were not well dressed.The restaurants were clean. However, the service menu

Big rooms, very comfy beds. The front desk staff are great and friendly. Pool and hot tub were open which was great even for big kids like us who had to try out the slide lol!! Great restaurant attached to hotel as well. Only issue was with how loud doors to rooms are, they woke me up everytime someone left their room. Will be back, thanks for a great stay!

We ate at the Fresh Vine for breakfast. They open at 530 am. Perfect for us, as we get off nite shift then. They also have a deal with the hotel guests for fixing breakfasts quick for them. Very good. Simple but hearty and always fresh. Thx everyone. And fast!

The hotel was nice and clean when we are there for a night. The staff in front concierge is a very nice lady who told us about some sites/places to go around Edson. The only fall back was when we did try their swimming pool, knowing ahead (from the big sign that there was No lifeguard on duty" as well as "No DIVING" ) still a family of 3 boys and their Dad dive hard making a lot of splash eventually making a big amount of water around the walkways and spilling some to a nearby hot tub. His kids are even playing rough causing some of us to be irritated and annoyed

Horrible staff! Firstly, none of the hotel staff bothered to add note to our reservation that we will be checking-in with our pet, even after making multiple calls to the reception. Then, the receptionist suggested to leave our 3 months old puppy to leave in the car overnight even though the hotel claims itself as pet-friendly. She didn’t even bother to help us with another room option and had the audacity to tell us that we are being rude. We checked out a day earlier and not coming back. Moreover, water in washroom is yellow, bugs in the carpet , not in the safe neighborhood and not a good breakfast available.Reply to the owner:Please refrain yourself in making false statements. I already mentioned that I called your hotel reception multiple times in advance to provide pet friendly room for me. None of your staff bothered to add that note into my reservation. After check-in, I rechecked the hotel’s website and there were pet friendly rooms available. Moreover, your staff at the reception in the morning of July 6th, also confirmed that the pet-friendly rooms were available in the night before at the time of check-in and she wondered why the staff at your hotel’s reception on July 5th didn’t provide us with the alternative room options. I could sue your hotel for compelling me to leave my pet in the car overnight if you are unable to provide a proper apology with a disciplinary action against your staff for her misconduct. The lady at the reception in the night of July 5th was caucasian, in her late 50s, was wearing specs, brunette with long hairs.

This Best Western offers a clean and wholesome hotel experience with great facilities. We stayed in the suite on the top floor while we got situated and we're very impressed with how clean the hotel is, how kind and helpful the staff are and how inclusive the experience is.Although it's about $10-25 more than the other inns and hotels in the area it being as clean and inclusive as it is with it's own pool, Jacuzzi and free breakfast is worth the extra bucks.

Comfortable, large rooms and the hotel was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were great, but the hot tubs jets didn't all work and the timer for the water for the water slide was quite delayed. Pay attention to the price they charge you for the room and your booking price as there was a discrepancy. They did honor the booking price however, and it was an overall good experience.
