I just went to the new store with my mother and there is a note on the door saying it's by appointment only. Someone came to the door to see what we wanted. I told the sales person that I wanted to take a look at the new store. She said that since she didn't have a client, she would 'let' us in. I'm sorry but if you are in business, you treat everyone like a potential client. I have bought plenty at their previous location, but I will never walk in there again. Too bad, I am moving in August and need some furniture.

Vice Versa Meubles et Tentations
I bought most of the furniture in my house from Vice Versa. I loved the personalized experience and that i had no pressure from a sales team. I ended up taking my time looking at the furniture, then an employee recommended to me, based on the pictures i showed her of my house, what looks best based on the style i love. I will surely visit and buy furniture again. I highly recommend this place.

Extremely helpful bilingual staff offering high quality made-in-Québec furniture. So many choices in style, design, and fabric; fortunately, the knowledgeable and patient woman at Vice Versa assisted us with our decision making. And kindly tolerated my phone calls this past month: “Is it ready yet? Has the furniture arrived?” Today was the day, and the two sofas are beautiful. The delivery people, too, were efficient and careful. Great service from ordering to delivery. Thank you!
