Very positive install experience. They installed brand new AC and removed the old unit all within half a day. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team, they provided some maintenance tips that I had no idea about. Would definitely use them again.

Great service. I called to have my lawn service shut-off repaired and a few fixes on the outside hose bibs. Service was great, Mike explained everything to me and walked me through what he thought was the best solution. His fixes were neat and tidy and done promptly. When finished he left like he was never there and explained everything that was done and to call if I noticed anything that needed to be fixed up. Would highly recommend.

Prompt and very professional service, I highly recommend. Ryan Toner did the repair of our leaking bathroom faucet. He is very accommodating in answering my questions regarding house plumbing and furnace.

I had Ryan and Brenden stop by this morning to fix my ac. They made this entire experience so easy to deal with! Have called Family Plumbing and Heating twice for repairs and have always been great. Really quick response and appointment, provided a narrow time window when they’d be around and we’re on time, super professional, estimate was almost exactly what price ended up being, and of course great repairs. All and all, nothing but a great experience!

Just had Ryan here to fix a furnace fan that wouldn't shut off. Absolutely couldn't ask for better service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Coupled with the super friendly manner and the clear explanations you just couldn't ask for better service.Seeing just how good the service was and the fair pricing, I decided to have him put in a new wireless thermostat. Couldn't be happier with it! We can now go on vacation without worrying about the temperature in the house while we're away.We'll certainly be using Family Plumbing and Heating for all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future.Writing a second review to say how amazing service is from Family Plumbing and Heating. We had Craig and Markus here to install the new gas line that we replaced before the addition of a sunroom. Craig, Markus and Brendan did an amazing job getting everything done. There were many modifications that needed to be done and they explained everything fully and then did exemplary work on getting it all done. And, even though the temperature was soring they cleaned up everything and left things even neater than they found them. I highly recommend Family Plumbing and Heating and will certainly get them anytime we need plumbing work.Thank you

The staff were super friendly and helpful!. Jennah went above and beyond to ensure something stressful was not so much so when my furnace died. Ryan came out and his honesty and transparency made it easy to trust what he was telling me. They were fast to come out and inspect my furnace to first attempt a repair. Communication was superb and everything was explained to me in a way that it was easy to understand. And they didn't try to confuse me with technical terms. So beyond happy with the fast, friendly and efficient service.

We recently had a new furnace installed by Family Plumbing. Many thanks to Craig and his team for the excellent service - they showed up on time, they were courteous and explained what to expect from our new furnace, they cleaned up after the job was finished and the price quoted was the price paid (no hidden costs!). After calling 4 other companies who werent able to inspect for 2-7 days, Family Plumbing was on site within an hour and fixed the broken sewer line within another hour. On top of the incredibly fast service, even our insurance agent was surprised at how inexpensive the quoted work was. Highly recommend Family Plumbing.
