It is my first time transferring money from Canada to Iraq. I found Al Taif Money transfer service online after my family back home asked me to find their office where they have a pleasant experience with them. People at Al Taif are quite efficient and competent. Their customer services are of good standards. The only drew back is that they might need somehow long time to update their records and finish the process of money transfer. Otherwise,I here highly recommend people to try their services. God bless you all.

Do not waste time trying to convert currency at this establishment as their debit machine rarely works and when you think the ATM in their shop works... it doesn’t. It doesn’t provide the full amount let alone the $4 fee. Good luck! & again! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I've been buying US currency from them since 2012, they always have best rate in Scarborough ( including banks & other currency exchangers ) friendly staff. At times their phone lines are busy but other than that I'll continue doing business with them

ِAl-Taif is an Arabic word meaning madness , anger, dream or rainbow. Doing business with this establishment cannot be likened to a dream but it may provoke your anger. I am utterly disappointed with their services. Their employees are condescending and discourteous. Their methods of operation may be acceptable in their country of origin but here in Canada they need to learn the fundamentals of customer relations. For these reasons and more, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I had a many transactions with altayf; the staff is nice and always smiling. Their phone lines are always busy but other than that, I liked transacting with them and I have continued business there to date. They are one of very few companies I trust with my money, they are very popular and trusted in Iraq and my family back home always recommend to do business through altayf. My family had been doing business in Iraq through them for over 5 years; our money is always safe and we don’t worry about losing it. I give them thumps up.

I had experience with many currency exchanges. But this one is the worst. They had an unreasonable rate very different from others. When I tried to refund my money but they refused. They stole my money!
