Delicious food, reasonably priced, and very well packaged. They also included free kimchi on the side as well.

When it's hard to choose what you want to eat, try Gamjatang. Gamjatang is what you see, kimchi stew is the first soup taste, and japchae noodle is full of meat and bones, making it taste like budae stew with soybean paste. It definitely doesn't taste like Korean Gamjatang, so prepare your mind after ordering. Sura's Gamjatang, where you taste three flavors at once, will remain in your memory for a long time. (I dare not recommend it to Koreans who know the taste of Gamjatang.)Above all, thank you for opening during the Christmas holidays.

Both dishes were a real flop. I had taken a bibimbap because I had heard that it was a very good dish, but I honestly didn't like it! I honestly think it's not the dish itself but the way the restaurant makes it. The tastelessness was really bad, as was the chow mein, the service was mediocre and the atmosphere of the restaurant is really depressing.

The service is very good and the people is so nice. The food is good. The place has a good atmosphere.

Decided last minute for Korean BBQ with my visiting friend and we are thankful to have a grilling booth. The waitresses provided instructions to help my friend with the grilling even when they’re busy with other tables. I’m satisfied with the food portion and service.

Went to Sura for lunch and tried a variety of dishes. All the selections were great and tasty.The staff was friendly and always kept our pitcher of water filled. Like how they gave us individual condiments rather than the traditional “communal style” condiments.Was disappointed that their seasonal Buckwheat cold noodle was well ... out of season.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Sura Korean restaurant in Victoria, and I must say that it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had heard good things about the place and was excited to try their offerings, but my visit turned out to be a huge disappointment due to the treatment we received.Arriving at the restaurant at 7:30 PM, well within their stated hours of operation, my party and I were shocked when we were promptly denied service and asked to leave. This abrupt refusal was both unexpected and unwarranted, as we were eager customers looking forward to enjoying a meal at Sura. The staff's demeanor towards us was quite disrespectful, leaving us feeling bewildered and humiliated.What added insult to injury was the fact that as we left the premises and started searching for another dining option, we noticed Sura Korean restaurant welcoming new customers inside. To our dismay, these new patrons were of Asian descent, and it appeared that they were being provided with the service we were denied. This observation only intensified our sense of disrespect and injustice.It is disheartening to encounter such discriminatory behavior in a place that is meant to be welcoming and inclusive. Discrimination in any form is unacceptable, and it undermines the principles of fairness and equality that we expect from establishments that serve the public.While I cannot comment on the quality of the food or the overall dining experience at Sura Korean restaurant, I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my party and I received. It is essential for businesses to treat all customers with respect, regardless of their ethnicity or any other distinguishing factor.I hope that Sura Korean restaurant takes this review as an opportunity for reflection and growth. Discrimination should never have a place in any establishment, and I sincerely hope that they reevaluate their policies and practices to ensure that every customer receives equal treatment and respect.

I love Korean food and this place doesn't disappoint. They have a wide menu of classic Korean dishes, there BBQ is amazing and a lot of fun. Only down side is that the food is quite expensive, no matter the dish. I would highly recommend going with a bunch or people who love to share food and laughs.

Pos: Their dumpling are never a let down. Crispy fried and large. Noodle broth is almost clear and very hearty for a cold day. Bottle water due to covid. Pancakes are rich in taste and flavourful.Cons: Prices definately went up. With two people it was almost $80 and that didn't really fill us. Reduced items available on their menu. Service is slow. Their chili fried chicken was the soggiest crispy fried" chicken I ever had...best if they either revamp the way they make it or get rid of it. Xin makes it better.Food for thought: expensive but tasty dishes. Best to bring in a large group to share the cost. Service seems to be either very good for some or super slow for others."
