I had read about paintless dent repair before, but have never used it. I had some dings and dents on my vehicle from this past winter. I first contacted Steve, who had me visit Brandon to estimate the work. The price seemed really fair, and not so much that if the repairs didn't exceed my expectations that it would break the bank. Brandon let me know that the next available time I could drop the car off was the following morning. I picked the car up late that afternoon, and WOW!! I can't even tell the doors were dented in three different places. There are no scratches, rub marks or any indication a repair was made. The repaired areas look just like the car did when I bought it.I also had a check engine light on, and Brandon had my car scanned to let me know that there was a problem. The Big City shop does paintless dent repair, auto body repair, and have a fully licensed mechanic on site to do maintenance and repairs.Thank you Steve and Brandon - you have exceeded my expectations. I was recommended Big City by Jason at Apex after putting my 2010 sti into a ditch while taking a corner much too confidently after a night of freezing rain.I’d been quoted more than 2x the price by other shops in my Vaughan area and basically laughed at when I sent photos to local Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) guys (understandably, given the amount of damage and lack of paint).Called BCA and Brandon told me that not only could he use PDR to remove the dents, but he would also paint it, plastic weld and paint the bumper. All for less than half of what I’d been quoted for fender repair/paint and bumper paint (no bumper repair).Brandon was awesome to work with. Great communication, put up with all my annoying questions, did a great, high quality job, replaced broken fasteners, and took care of another dent I hadn’t noticed initially.Just look at the photos! My fender went from a mangled, paint-chipped wreck to GLASSED. Bumper had at least 4 cracks in it not pictured and they’re all fixed.I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am so happy with the service I received and will be sending all friends and family here for any autobody work they require.

Honestly, without the Big City team I wouldn’t have my car right now so this is a review of pure gratefulness. I have brought my car here NUMEROUS times, whether that may be for body or engine work and each time it comes out in a state of perfection. I left Brandon and his team my car that had a barrage of lights on the dash, worn brakes, cracked windshield, etcetc and they still managed to shock me lol with absolutely perfection once again. If you have any work you really need done quickly, or overtime, anything- go to Brandon and his team you will NOT be let down whatsoever they are miracle workers.

highly recommended . Brandon super friendly and professional. i got both carbon fiber side shirt that need to be install because it does not fit the car properly when it came in. they got it install perfectly.

My truck originally did not come with cab lights (roof marker lights) and I came across Brandon and the crew and they did a spectacular job from rust proofing to water sealing and the lights look like they came from factory! Will be going back for other jobs in the future for sure!

Absolutely amazing service, phenomenal quality of the work, great prices, super fast as well. I had a rusted out trunk I needed swaped so I needed the paint matched and panels blended, needless to say it came out amazing.I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone, full stop.

I got a referral from a friend and Brandon really professional and understand the line of work involve to repair the dent. Base on the scraped from a condo pole, he was able to restore it back to factory looking. Quick turnaround and fair pricing, highly recommended for your dent/paint repair. Thanks again Brandon, he even wax the car too :-).

I have found a new permanent autobody shop for my 370Z.My Carbon lip was cracked in 3 places from my splitter ripping it off, and my front bumper was cracked near the fenders from the incident.I needed my bumper repaired, and carbon fiber lip fixed. All shops I've been to previously, as well as my regular body shop(friend recommendation); and ANY/ALL shops I visited/emailed within the area(I spoke to many...) instantly said that it is not repairable, and that I would need to get a new lip. None of the shops wanted to listen to what I think/wanted it to be repaired. I did not mind losing most of the carbon fiber if need be. I was also told by my previous shop that has done repairs on the same bumper before, that it would be better off buying the entire bumper new instead of throwing money at it for constant repairs(they've repaired it once before, and repainted twice). That was not an option as a new bumper would cost me over $2,000...I got recommended to see Brandon at Big City Auto by a friend to see what could be done. He looked at the damage and I informed him that every shop told me it's not repairable. Brandon listened to how I wanted the lip fixed, and said that it could be done no problem, with confidence. Not only did it take a very short turnaround, he was able to squeeze me in and let me drop off my car the very next morning. Brandon kept me updated throughout the entire process, sent pictures, opinions, and made sure I was happy with the job. Brandon was able to keep half of my carbon fiber on my lip, just as I pictured; and then stripped, repaired, and painted my bumper from scratch as if it was brand new. My front bumper looks better than ever before. The pearl white on my bumper actually shines again. Much better than my previous body shop. Price was very reasonable as well.I have purchased full Carbon Fiber Fenders coming in next month, and will be seeing Brandon at Big City Auto for the install. Took my 2021 RAV4 in because of a very deep scratch I found on it in a parking lot. I met Brandon who was really down to earth and up-front about how he could repair it.Not only did he offer me a very fair quote compared to other repair shops (another shop quoted me almost double), but he also gave me an accurate timeline for repair, which he stuck to. What was for-merly a rough scratch that went into the metal panel is now totally gone and unnoticeable - it's like the damage never happened. Needless to say I am super impressed with the work as he did an amazing job with the repair (I was concerned about the colour blending since my paint is a metallic grey, but it looks brand new again).These guys are the real deal and I wouldn't hesitate to use their repair services again. Highly recom-mended. The fact that they're a family-run business is a bonus - thanks again, Brandon!
