We had a great time at the Horse Races and Finish Line restaurant. The food is fine. It’s a buffet.The cost is $45 which is a bit high. But premium seats for the races!Our server was awesome! Her name is Sherry and she really represents the business well. We were never wanting for anything. Thank you. We’ll be back next time with friends!

Fun way to spend the afternoon. $2 minimum bets. It was the first time I have gone to bet in horses and the staff were very helpful in guiding me through the process and informing me if my options.Food is pricey at the concession, but I enjoyed my poutine. We sat outside at tables with bench seats or in the lounge seats. We noticed that people are able to bring snacks and water to the outdoor seats. We will likely go again sometime.

Go most Tuesday nights for Beef night and Wednesday for breakfast. Food and service is usually good.They need to teach some of the waitresses to smile and to give people their proper change.

Not an easy drive , not an easy place too find , from Westend of City . Nice , place , restaurant is spacey , food is nice'n , filling , server is so,so ok,kind of friendly border lining are we welcome their or not. It felt very questionable? Being Native in our our land we feel , as if we are lower class degenrates. Other wise it was nice being being greeted with kindness walking into and out of the Casino. Lots of new games,restaurants food was very filling,a place we would eat at again,maybe friendlier service too ?

We went for a barn tour today and had a great time. They explained alot of the process that happens behind the scenes. We got to meet some of the jockeys and the horses. We like to bring the kids to watch the races and hang out in the sun. Everything is out side so everyone is welcome.

Atmosphere is ok, food is terrible. I ordered one of the more expensive items on the menu, short ribs. The picture shows what I received. The waiter assured us that's what that was. The gravy was already turning to jello and the meat tasted like the meat was cooked from frozen and then frozen again until needed. All this to say nothing of the bland starter steak bits that did not have any flavour or the bang bang shrimp that certainly did not have a bang, nevermind a second bang. My wife asked for a virgin fruity drink and the waiter suggested orange juice or even tomatoe juice. Disappointing visit, shame about the food I was excited for real short ribs.

Prime rib on Thursday for $9.99 ( Feb 2023) was super yummy.. medium rare with mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and gravy. Served with a dollop of horseradish..truly delicious.

Races were fabulous. Wouldn't recommend the Finish Line restaurant. Very expensive, food not that great. Service lacking.
