Can’t recommend this place enough, genuine, kind and honest people there. Special thank you Sarah(you’re the best), Lily and all the girls who made my experience of being a bride finding her dress memorable. After a bad experience at a store in Laval,St-Dorothée they actually took the time and listened to my story, tried to make my experience better and not for the $ of it. They actually care about you and it is super rare these days. Bridal shops should take them as a the golden standard to follow. After my first visit at the store and finding my dress, I was nervous to put a deposit down due to my first bad experience and they understood me and allowed me to go sleep on it without losing the price they were giving me to get it the day of, Sarah gave me her private phone # for emotional support too. I went back a week later to finalize everything and my friends and I had the best time hanging out with them. Also, the couturière they make business with comes to the store for your alterations which makes the process so much easier. I can’t wait to come back for fittings!

I had a great experience at Leila Haute Couture. I was honestly really stressed about shopping for a dress and honestly didn't think i'd find one I'd fall in love with. Tanya and her colleagues made what was originally a stressful experience into such a wonderful, fun and emotional experience that me, my mom and my closest friends will remember always. They were so respectful and helpful when it came to the style I wanted and the budget I had and didn't ever feel pressured or judged. Thank you so much, I can't wait for the day to come when I can put my dress back on.

Update: The owner reached out to me and apologized for the this unfortunate experience that me and my family and friends had with them. She owned up to the miskakes, clarified a few things, and asked honest opinion about their staff. :)Original comment:I usually support local Iranian businesses in Montreal, and this was the first place I went to for wedding dresses. I called the store to book an appointment to try wedding dresses, the lady who answered the phone asked about my budget and the date I needed the dress to be ready, as soon as she was not happy with my answers , she said she will call me and hanged up on me!!! Obviously she never called me back!! This was very disrespectful behaviour ! I shopped around during two weeks and I never faced such a behaviour!

Very dissatisfied with the service I got and I found it to be poorly made for the price I paid my dress. After many alterations, I still wasn't satisfied. In summary, overpriced for the quality of the dress.After your reply, it proves that the fact that because I wasn't doing the alterations with you proves why I got the kind of service.Also, Lying to make a sale and then going against your word says alot. I removed my original review because you accepted to give me what was promised at the time of the sale and only to see later that the sleeves were not the same color of my actual dress. My poor review remains as is.Thank you.

The girls there were absolute angels. They kept me calm throughout the day and weeks before. She will carry out any brides’ vision. I originally purchased the dress in Miami, (by a brand they carry.) It wasn’t the dress I wanted but had a plan to have it fixed. Then COVID happened and I couldn’t go to Miami to get it arranged.Being a Parisian who worked in fashion I cared so much about the details and Asma came in, calm, focused, elegantly gentle and funny. She went above and beyond and gave me the best advice I ever received for each dress I wore that day, (yes, I ended up adding a second dress because she is SO talented.)Throughout each trial, she would be so patient, take the time to listen to my mom over facetime (my mother was in NYC) and to my mother in law. But she always paid attention to me and made sure I had my dream dress.I didn’t have my mother here on my wedding day due to covid, but I had a fairy g*d mother, Asma. She really made me feel my most beautiful self, through every fitting and the day of. She was so self aware and kind. I will never go to someone else for my tailoring, she has a talent beyond five star reviews... I am SO grateful to have found her. I strongly recommend working with Asma and Lily -- both are just incredible women.

My bridal party and I had a really nice experience finding my dress here yesterday! I had visited one other shop beforehand and wasn't too impressed by the lack of enthusiasm from the consultant. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be an exciting moment as I prepare for one of the biggest days of my life, and I wanted an experience that matched that feeling. At Leila Haute Couture it's clear they're very passionate and experienced in what they do. I didn't feel rushed trying dresses, and our consultant had a great understanding of what I was looking for.It felt great to say yes" to the dress!"

My sister in law found her wedding dress here. They have a beautiful collection including multiple styles. Shoutout to Tania for her great service and honesty. She's patient and very friendly.
