Joy Hearing Health Clinic

I recently had a consultation at Joy Hearing Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease.

Bought hearing aids in 2021. They did not fit and I replaced them. Hard trouble hearing with them. Replaced them again (all from same manufacturer.) This last order was put in 3rd week of December, I heard nothing back. The 3rd week of January I called for update. They called me back stating hearing aids were never ordered as manufacturer was confused as to what I wanted. I picked up the hearing aids January 31 at which point I was informed there had been a price increase beginning of year and I would have to pay an additional $200.. I had no choice.. This is wrong . My original price should have been honoured. I believe the order was never put in in December. Buyer beware

I had a great experience at the clinic. Everyone was super professional and patient when it came to explaing what was happening with my ears /hearing.

I have attended the lasalle location a few times in the past and they are friendly but a bit unprofessional. They leave patient files in the waiting area, the office is always very untidy, i overheard the receptionist saying they were backed up on paperwork back to 2012 and I've also heard the receptionist struggling to find ways to tell dr. Funke that she messed up on billing! I also heard them talkong about outstanding unpaid bills to keep the office running.
