Eco Taxi

I am asking for receipts but they said it's too late.Atleast maybe they have a record of my rides from lastweek.I need the receipt for my reimbursement.And always they are rushing when talking to the phone.

Twice in the same week I have noticed this cab company around town--not for good reasons. The other day I was driving through a school zone and whoever was driving the green van was right up on my tail and then had the nerve to honk at me as he drove by when I turned the corner! Not sure if he doesn't know or doesn't care that we slow down in school zones but this guy should not be driving for a living. A few minutes ago I saw the same green van revving it up my street--going at least 65 on a residential street. My husband was in the house and said he heard the van as it drove past, it was going so fast. I work in the hospitality industry in this town--no way will we be recommending this company. Zero stars.

Driver was great! The price was not.10 minute drive for $40 + tip. Beware your trip will cost you a lot of money.

Over the past few years have predominantly used this company with no issues. Our regular driver, Darren, is beyond a rock. We are excited to have his company. Hands down the main reason why we value and chose this cab company. Professional, courteous, prompt, and an all around pleasure. Thanks to Darren, this cab company keeps our business.Darren is one of the most responsible and respectful individuals that I've had the privilege of his company. 100% reliable.

No stars for this company if I could. The worst service, especially with Seniors in wheelchairs. Don't show up or show up early and won't wait 30 seconds for the rider to get out to the car. Rude and they don't care. Hung up on twice. Never, will be called again.

The only reason I phoned another taxi was because the original was a no show. I waited nothing. So i phoned another taxi ohh big crime . I wanted to get home . Your taxi driver was rude and shouldn't talk to people rudely. Its bad for business. Between 12 15 am - 1am Friday February 23.

My grandfather booked a wheelchair taxi for himself and my grandmother who is wheelchair bound so that she could go to church on mother's day. It's not very often she gets to go to church on Sundays anymore. A regular taxi shoes up for their booked time. The taxi driver immediately acknowledged that he has been to their home before, knows that they need a wheelchair taxi, and that he is upset that he was the car that was sent. I thought it was strange that he knew this yet came anyways without any prior attempt to clarify why he would be sent. Instead, he drove up and instead of providing any appropriate customer service, he complains to us in a rather aggressive and rude tone that he wasted his time driving up. He said he would call the company and request a wheelchair taxi. My Grampa asked how long the wait might be to which the driver answered a while." I (grand daughter) chimed in to advocate

Visiting Penticton for the weekend, called a cab and accidentally got in the wrong one. Got a passive aggressive text from the driver afterwards. I didn't know Penticton had two cab services but I do now and will make sure Eco taxi is the one I don't use going forward.

Charged me an extra $10 fee for being outside of Penticton" even though I was at the wesbert winery and wanted a ride to Poplar Grove which both are in penticton. The ride back I called Penticton taxi and they did not charge me this ridiculous fee so eco taxi ripped me off. Absolute worst service I've ever experienced and will never consider them or recommend them to anyone."

This happened today. Does it cost 50 bucks from Superstore to riverside and then back to Skaha Lake Road. I felt like I got ripped off. I even called the Eco Taxi people and The guy said he will call me back in half an hour and it is way past half an hour. The cab guy did not help me with my grocery bags, I was carrying 4 bags all by myself. I had to open the back of a car to put my bags away. He followed Google map and went to Cobs Bakery and by then it was 19dollars and I took like 7 minutes. When I came back to the cab it went up to 30bucks from 19 dollars and he almost hit a car coming out of the parking lot. Ok, so he then again told me to put my address on a google map which I did. When I was getting off at Skaha Lake, he put 7dollars by himself for the tip. Although I did not give him any tip but wow this is a total rip off. I mean I live in Calgary and I only pay this much when I am going to Calgary Airport. Penticton is smaller than Calgary.
