After waiting for over an hour pizza arrived cold, we had to reheat it before eating. There was also barely any sauce making the pizza quite dry. Will not order from Pizza Hut again.

Terrible customer service. I received a wrong order I tried to reach to the customer representative to get my order fixed and they wouldn't pick up. This is the last time I would be ordering from pizza hut.

Ordered a pizza on January 31st, had a visa gift card for a birthday gift to use and the gift card was $50 - order was 47.74 and I didn't have room to tip on the card so I planned to pay cash for the tip when the driver arrived. Driver arrived with the order and left with his $13.00 cash tip, dished up the pizza to eat and after one slice I was left thinking something was off, maybe they changed their recipe because it was way too spicy and due to medical conditions I can't have spicy food so I couldn't eat any more... turns out they just sabotaged the pizza by putting a ton of chillies underneath the cheese and since that has NEVER been like that before my only guess is that its because there was no tip placed online when ordered. I called pizza hut to complain and they didn't even deny doing this, they agreed to refund me on my card that I ordered with..it has been 2 weeks and not a phone call nor a refund has been given. so this review is being posted today as I am not impressed and will NEVER order from them again.

Hairy pizza. Dark brown, 3 inches long. No reason not to get little ceasers instead. Cheaper, bigger quantities, no hair.

I ordered two large pizza’s, and they are cold and uncoocked. Cheese is unmalted and it’s looks like cheese stick. It’s simple not edible. Seems like the pizza was not fresh and somebody only put it into the microwave. Shame

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!I ordered online and my order was sent to the Beaumaris Pizza Hut. After an hour, the tracker stated that my food had arrived, which was not true. I tried to phone the store, but wasn't able to get through. I phoned back and on my fourth try, someone picked up the phone. I was rudely told that the store was busy and we'll get to your order when we get to it." and then they hung up without letting me speak. I called the customer service line to get ahold of main office so I could file a complaint. There was no way to track the food

Worst pizza ordering and delivery experience i ever had. Store never answers the call. The person at the store was very rude. At first they gave me the wrong order and then when I visited the store, the guy was behaving like its not their fault. I ordered one bottle of 7 up which was also not delivered. When I mentioned about that, the guy didn’t even gave a response. this experience was literally the worst pizza hut experience i ever had in all canada. Don’t place order at this location.

2nd time this place gave us such gross pizza, poorly packaged pizzas & it was soggy cold our pizza and fries and pan style crust is soggy !!Gross i never had a problem any ither lications but this location does NOT care about the signature style of pizza hut. i always over tip too not doing this again

Its ok pizza at an ok price. In my 20s i thought it was awesome, but that was 3am and i was probably drunk. Sober and 40, its ok.
