WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!So my husband wanted to ship some items to Iran. we never shipped anything, so we had no idea what to do. We contacted SEATRADE. Mitra seemed nice on the phone, she gave me some prices and I explained to her that we had no idea how to do this and we were the first timer. I should have known telling her that was the worst thing I did. We needed a 20 FT container but she told us we needed a 40 FT and charged us more than what the usual rate is,which I found out afterwards. once it was too late :( she charged us extra for loading and trucking the container, which my husband and my brother in-law end up doing for the loading part. my husband mentioned everything would have fitted in a 20 feet but since it was paid for we couldn't do anything about it. She didn't tell us we only have 10 free days in Iran to empty the container, then we got charged. So when I asked her for more free days, then she said it would be extra money to add that in. now our container is in Iran for about 3 weeks and it hasn't been released. So we over paid here, and now we are paying extra for everyday we have the container. She also over charged us for the loading and trucking. to top it all she didn't do the paper work properly and the codes are wrong so now my husband is going back and forth trying to fix things. So ANGRY and UPSET and the worst part is she is from IRAN and since I am Iranian and she knew I have never shipped before, she might help me but I was WRONG. My advise do your research and don't use this company unless you want to pay too much and end up doing extra work
