Give your paying customers an actual minute to read the menu before starting with your misplaced attitude. That is the whole point of a menu board, after all. I would train you myself, but I have another job where I don't act snarky to people that pay my salary.If this is how they act outwardly, lord only knows how they handle your food.Spent $30.00 (average order). Burger was drenched in mayo to the point that it was dripping off. Bun was wet greasy on the top, which is kind of disgusting.Next time I'll just go to the south location.

I just want the grilled chicken ceasar salad to actually come with romaine lettuce. And for my food to actually be hot when I get it (after work usually around 11pm).

I had 2 baked potatoes with sour cream, chives and bacon! So delicious! And I wasn't too full feeling. That was all I had for supper that day. And it was sufficient.

Wendy's chose to 'cut food costs' with their summer special .99 Frosty, by switching from their Red 'small' eventually biodegradable paper cup (with industry standard wax coating) to an even smaller tiny '0' biodegradable class 5 plastic cup. Less product for customers and more plastic in landfills as many communities/municipalities don't actually recycle. Not impressed Wendy's considering that Canadian Federal Government has a new No single use plastic" ban coming into effect soon. Hopefully this is a short term move..."

Not to bad I like wendys food but I find the service is getting worse and worse. Which is disappointing, when I worked in fast food you had to be polite to the customer and usually they were right even when they were wrong and you had to let them be right with a smile, now the staff is actually rude to you all the time even when you don't have a issue your just ordering food and they are snotty or have some kind of attitude it's horrible.

Food is great. The washrooms however are inconvenient. Someone needs to tell the installers that the tp comes out the bottom of the dispenser! If the last user didn't leave a tail to grab it is impossible to get your hand inside to reach the roll while sitting.

Went through drive through tonight. Brought home the order and only had 4 nuggets instead of 6. I tried calling the restaurant to see if we were maybe charged for the wrong order. As there was not a receipt included i did not know. When i called it rang several times until .... well, I'm not sure what happened, an answering machine picked up or a fax beeped in. As I was trying to leave a message, it seems someone picked up and hung up the phone. I tried to call back no one answered at all.I understand staff shortages but I just wanted to ask how many nuggets should be in the pack.
