Island Delight
- Fabulous food, always hot, fresh & delicious.- We've never had a bad dish in two years.- The ginger beef & chicken & veg are always perfect.- Extremely reliable quality.- 3 star atmosphere only because it's take-out only.- Food is usually ready in 20 minutes.- Mother's Day 2023 was very busy but our food order was still ready in 45 minutes.- Lovely staff.- Take out only.- Handy location downtown.- On street parking.- I believe it usually closes at 8pm, at least in the winter.

Was impressed ordering from here simple hassle free and good food. Order was ready in stated time. Chicken balls actually more chicken then ball. For North American Chinese style food it met all expectations. Will definitely order again.

This is our go-to for take-out Chinese. We live by Gananoque and have tried all the restaurants there, as well as several in Kingston. When we found this place, ordered, and took our first bites.... we knew we finally found the one. We came from Winnipeg last and we were spoiled with some very good food there. Since we moved in 2018, we struggled to find our place" for Chinese food (side note we still haven't found "our" Indian restaurant lol we are picky).We now gladly drive the 30 minutes to pick up from here. And we have had no regrets every time. The food portions are fantastic for the price. The food is also excellent. We love the egg foo young and the lo mein. I like ANY of their chicken or beef selections. My wife being a vegetarian also has many options to choose from.We have been coming for close to 2 years now and their food is very consistent."

My husband and I were at Holiday Inn express and decided to treat ourselves to some pad ThaiWe ordered the spicy Thai shrimp (me) and chicken (him). It was deeelicious AND I had THREE meals from it as it was such a generous portion size. And the spring rolls were the crispiest I've ever had.We will definitely treat ourselves again and again!

Best Chinese Food I have had in years. Just had our first order from Island Delight. Food was hot, abundant and flavorful. We ordered several dishes to try a variety, and we enjoyed them all. I am inclined to think everything was made in-house. We will definitely order from here again. Their egg rolls were my favorite. Excellent!
