Excellent service! I was a bit confused with the office location as you are to drop off your item at the IT office in the Atrium, then that office mails it to 1st Data Recovery for you. I shopped around a bit and found that most data recovery services in Vic ship out your item to a clean room, and 1st Data Recovery had the average service prices.They were able to recover 13 years of files from my broken external hard drive for about $830 - well worth the price of my photo memories and collections. Once I paid the balance, a brand new hard drive (with all my files) was in my hands less than 24 hours later. Thank you, 1st Data Recovery.
