They were amazing! They remove a big hemlock tree that was growing through the center of our house (Yes in our house... it was in a terrarium). As you can imagine I was concerned about the removal but they were so professional and Rick really knows his stuff... everything from the crane and how they cut the tree down to the removal of the log pieces and impeccable cleanup. I can't rave enough about what a great job Rick and his crew did! I highly recommend A1 Tri Craft Tree Services.

Had two huge trees removed that scared us and all our neighbors! There was little access, so no big machinery. A1 did it perfectly, super happy. Especially after we had two other tree service companies booked who just didn't turn up wasting weeks of our time; Rick and guys came the same week just like he said.

Absolutely first class crew and service. We couldn't have had a better crew to remove a huge tree that was killing the roof on our house and garage. They had a 40 ton crane to make the removal safe, efficient and pocketbook friendly! I highly recommend Rick and his crew!
