Unfortunately this resteraunt has wasted my time and others that i know. They have been closed many times when they are supposed to be open. Food is about a 3 star as well. Be aware that you may waste your time driving there just to find out they are closed. Has happen to me 3 times and a friend once as well. This means many people are wasting gas that want to dine in.

We stopped in on our atvs, and chose to eat on the patio, because we had our dog with us. Staff was very friendly and helpful, brought water and snacks for our dog, we ordered simple stuff, chicken fingers and fries, it was all good and came out quick. Great place, lovely people.

It is the only local restaurant and I hope to see it do great each season. We need this in our community.It can be a hit and miss when it gets too busy. But I've seen ppl wait long line ups at Mc Choke n Pukes while breathing in exhaust fumes of the surrounding vehicles. LolBut I hope they endure the season and ppl come back. Some were complaining it took a while for their food, unaware there is only one cook in the kitchen.So be patient bc the food is good and worth the wait. . The service is great too. Especially under pressure. You will not be leaving hungry and the purpose of country life is slow down and relax. Take in the fresh air and give the cook time to prepare your food. If you are on a time restraint call ahead and order, or order for take out and you will be given an honest time stamp.This is a family affair serving the community. So if your dish isn't cleared instantly ,it's likely your waitress is helping in the kitchen, not on the phone.The atmosphere is pleasant, for all ages. Plenty of room inside and out. Tv's at any angle to tune into the concrete jungle of the cities you ran away from to enjoy this country charm.The food has yet to fail me. From breakfast to dinner menu, I've tried just about everything.The wraps are huge, chicken strips tender and juicy , and the Philly cheese on a bun is my favorite. Don't get me started on the baked goods lolI'm glad to see it open and hope it serves the community well and the community treats them well in return for their hard work.

Delicious food, hot and fresh. Very happy polite staff. Clever covid policy, so we could order and take away" but with nice outdoor tables and plenty of space

My girlfriend and I were driving home from a weekend getaway and came across quaint family restaurant. Food was great, we got there for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and the service was awesome!

Had lunch with a few friends on the patio. Had banquet burger with fries, friends had wraps, fish & chips, .. everything was good & staff was friendly.

Easy, relaxed feeling diner. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I bring my service dog in with me to dine in, and the server, Becky, even brought her a bowl of water! I hadn’t even thought to ask for one. The food is all home made and exceptional. I know I will be a repeat customer. Thank you, Becky!
