Johnson’s On The Water Service

They have kept my boat on the water for over 10 years! Helpful and knowledgeable service! Just purchased a brand new Mercury 250 Pro XS 4 stroke and I am already rigged and ready for the water!

From the beginning my experience with Johnson’s was top notch and very professional. A couple of years ago I had talked to Julie about doing a new floor in my pontoon and finally decided to do it this winter. So, I came in a talked with her again and she brought me back and showed me a pontoon in process and then introduced me to Terry which leads these jobs. He was very informative and told me everything I needed to know about how they handle the job. Julie and I then picked out the right flooring that would go with my current seating. They completed it over the winter and when they were done, I was able to get a peak before they put it back in storage and I was completely amazed at the work they did. The floor looked amazing, but the seats looked brand new as they had told me they washed all the panels and the seats before reinstalling them. This experience with Johnson’s has been wonderful. Everyone I work with there cares about the quality of work they do and is also very professional with myself and how they perform their work. I will continue to use Johnson’s and recommend them to others!

I tried having my boat stored and serviced here because the employees were friendly and seemed very helpful. Unfortunately, that's where it stopped. First I had a trailer tire replaced last fall and I drove less than half a mile before it was flat again. Apparently the valve stem they replaced didn't seat completely. Then when I picked up my boat in the spring they forgot to leave the keys in my boat. Fortunately it was a only 15 minute drive back to get them. Lastly, when I had filled out the form to schedule my spring pick-up of my boat, I had checked the box to have the fuel tank filled. Alas, after I had put my boat in the lake I discovered less than half a tank of gas. I would have stopped to fill it had I known that they had not. I don't think I'll be got back next season.

Had a pontoon and a fishing boat redone on the inside from the floor up. The crew at Johnson’s did a fantastic job with the rebuild on both! Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a pleasure start to finish!

Johnson’s came highly recommended and they lived up to it. Prompt, courteous service and did exactly what they said at a fair price. Work was even done a day earlier than promised. Hope I don’t need boat service any time soon but when I do, they’ll be my first call.

Johnson's on the Water is my go to boat service! Not only are they convenient to my cabin, they are the best. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They are so personable and answer the questions I have in a way I can understand them and make decisions about my boat. The work I have had done is always done timely and with great quality. They know they will see their customers and they show value in the relationships they build. I get service to my dock every year and they are timely. They winterize and store my boat. We had a new floor put in last year and it is gorgeous! The quality of the work was impeccable. I strongly recommend Johnson's on the Water!

I have been a customer for several years. The staff is the best. They have fixed a damage motor, yes I hit a rock, outfitted my boat with new electronics along with new boat seats, and repaired my boat cover. Julie is a joy to work with along with all the staff. I recommend them for all your boat and storage needs.

Great service!!My boat took on a lot of water in engine compartment this spring during first outing. Rylee from Johnson's service came out to our lake place and found out a hose clamp had come off! Back up and boating again! Thank you very much Rylee and Johnsons staff.Doug Prince
