I went here 3 times now since I moved here from B.C. The lady there is so nasty. She made me cry, then threatened she would kick me out knowing I’m having a bad day, slams her hands multiple times on the desk laughing loud in my face. Even though I’ve seen her 3 times in 1 month. She says she doesn’t remember. I don’t think someone should be working the job if they can’t remember seeing the same family members. She just wouldn’t let it go. Made me sign my name 3 times because my signature wasn’t good enough for her. Like I need to get blood work done and she’s the reason I haven’t.

Great place to go to never had a issue great to deal with thanks for all your help will keep going there for sure thanks

The lady working counter was Extremely ignorant and rude will never step foot back there again will drive to another location for further assistance,

Rhonda needs to go! Very rude and unprofessional. I tried to pay with cash and she told me to go to the bank to get change and asked what other bills I carry in my wallet. Apparently they only keep a twenty dollar bill for change on hand. I'm guess she couldn't do the math to make change. Also commented to her trainee how no one ever pays with cash anymore. Complete Witch, save your sanity and go elsewhere!

I always have a great experience at this location. All staff are very helpful especially when I forgot my reading glasses.

Worst service ive ever had. Only writing a review because i dont think 1.9 stars was a low enough rating. Also google should add a 0/5 star rating.

Rhonda definitely has a problem. Worst experience ever. Please do not go here for any services this lady make it a personal vendetta to be miserable and difficult, will admit to power tripping and yelling/swearing at you under her breath.. very manipulative behaviour that can cause more hardship than help… bad example/standard of employee behaviour for service Ontario… She is a tyrant,who is possibly on the verge of a mental health breakdown if not already… there is no way a public servant should be so abusive and proud about it. Shame on Thala (if that is how you spell her name)as well for hiding behind Rhonda’s behaviour it makes you just as bad!

I went in to update documents when I moved to the area. The woman at the counter argued with me over my proof of address. When I told her I didn't have the new health card, she told me I must have thrown out the letter. I told her I never received a letter about the new card and she told me I did and I threw it out. Would not help me get a new card. I drove to Watford and had it within 20 minutes.

I went with my wife and 4 month old son to have our medical cards switched from B.C.We came with all our documents needed, but right off the bat it didn't seem like the woman at the counter wanted to deal with anything. She was right with telling us we had to go to the Sarnia location to do my wife's card, since she had already had ontario heath care a long time ago, but told us that there was no way the documents we had were good enough and that we 100% needed other papers proving our address ect., and that we were way ahead of our selves.She spoke over us everytime we tried to say something and pretty much just wanted us gone. She even ended the conversation telling us that we should go back to where we came from". I guess she was trying to be funny

Not even going to say why I am giving 1 star review. Rhonda seems to be power tripping and is completely rude to alot of people. My suggestion is that if you need paperwork done, try chatham so you don't have to deal with her. Seems like there is alot of other people who feel the same way, she seems very bitter
