I hired Heather as my day-of coordinator, as well as help along the way with the planning process. She helped me move the date twice (from 2020 and 2021), provided vendor recommendations, and met with me regularly to make sure my planning was on track. If I was having trouble reaching any other vendor, I would tattle" on them to her and then I would hear from the offending vendor within a day. She is very approachable and sweet

Heather and her team literally saved our day! We were a week out from our wedding and lost our service company and Heather agreed to help without question or hesitation. Her calm and reassuring demeaning relieved any and all stress and worry I had. Heather's team were great! Friendly, funny and even joined in a picture or two (at our request). I would give Heather 50 stars if I could!! I'm in Ottawa, and my only daughter got married in Kingston, so I didn't really know many vendors or have many insights on what was good and what was not. Heather was instrumental in helping with vendors and working with us to make sure the wedding was exactly what my kiddo wanted. I was so thankful to have her the day of the wedding since she took care of everything....all I had to do was enjoy the day with my daughter and not have to stress about the details. At the end of the night, she had already packed everything up and just handed us a box so we could go home without worrying about tear-down. On top of that, she and Matthew were so kind and lovely, and really genuine people to spend time with. Bowtied with Love was the best investment I made for the wedding!!

Working with Heather and her team was a truly amazing experience.Bowtied with Love helped us pull of a surprise wedding with 80 guests within 2 months at our home; ranging from helping beforehand with vendors, flow planning and other advice, all the way to day of management. Heather & Matthew were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. We hired Heather as our day of coordinator and Matthew as our wedding officiant but they both did so much more than that. We contacted Heather just 2 months prior to our wedding date with a very rough idea of what we wanted. Heather was able to meet with us multiple times prior to the wedding to sort out all the small details that we did not even think of. She was patient and adaptable during the entire planning process. She asked us questions about our wedding that we had not considered which really helped smooth out the process.We had a brunch style wedding at the Drake Devonshire with our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception held in 3 different sections of the Drake. Heather & Matthew guided all our family and friends effortlessly throughout each part of our day. They were always working in the background to make the day go smoothly. If our glasses were empty, they were on it. If the film was running out for the cameras, they were on it. If something needed to be changed at the last minute, they were on it. They were present from start to finish and really made it so we did not have to worry about or do anything on the day of. Everything was beautifully organized prior to all our guests arriving and cleaned up so quickly after the day came to an end. We could not have asked for more from them.If you are planning on having a wedding in the area, I would highly recommend the duo - Heather & Matthew. My wife and I both agreed that having Heather as our day of coordinator, and Matthew as our wedding officiant was the absolute best money spent on the entire wedding. Heather and Karen were unbelievable in helping us prepare and execute our Wedding Day dreams and Brunch. We had a very complex wedding set-up and many moving parts (9 vendors) and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up to perfection, kept us on time and none of our details throughout the day and night were missed. Not to mention they are both fun partners and a pleasure to work with.As someone who appreciates organization, getting things done and having fun working together I couldn't imagine working with anyone else for future events.Our whole family was grateful for Heather and Karen's support during the process of planning, Day-of and brunch the next day for 170 guests on our property. Having Heather and Bowtied Services help plan and coordinate our wedding was the best decision we made. My husband and I initially thought we could do everything ourselves and we didn’t see a need to have a coordinator for the day-of. Heather gave us recommendations for vendors and was always quick to respond when we had questions.I don’t know what we would have done without Heather and her assistants help. She took on all of the stress with dealing with vendors the week leading up to the big day. And on the day-of I was so grateful to have her at the venue! She helped get my dress ironed at the last minute, two buttons popped off of my dress during dinner and she was able to help fix it so I could still comfortably wear my dress. She made sure our guests had sparklers ready for our first dance and she made sure everything happened that needed to happen! We would not have been able to keep up with everything ourselves.So many of our guests commented on Heather and her amazing service she provided, she works so hard to make sure her clients get the best. I would highly recommend Bowtied services for anyone looking for a wedding planner/coordinator they truly care about their clients and you won’t be disappointed :)
