I needed a new back door installed in my very old house and I needed a custom size. I also decided to have it swing outward instead of inward like it was. The wood around it was a rotting mess. It wasn't going to be easy.RDW&D came in as the lowest quote for the best value of material. I had certain requests that the other companies I had give quotes told me were not doable. Derry was able to accommodate my requests. They also didn't charge me $50 for reinstalling my own electric lock (like another company was going to do).The guys that did the actual install were great. They patched up the old holes from the hardware and made the trim look pretty. You can't tell that the old, inswinging door left a hot mess. I did end up with a crack in my siding. Derry got on finding a replacement piece of my discontinued siding that same night and was ready to send a guy to replace the piece the next day. It's all fixed up and my door is great. No more drafts and it looks so much better! I actually like my back entryway now. LolI will use RDW&D again for their service, problem solving skills, professionalism, and pricing.

Excellent company. Very professional. Extremely pleasant to work with. Trent answered all of my questions so I could make the best possible educated decision I could on many window replacements we did in our farm house. The men were very polite, worked safe and efficient, showed up on time, cleaned up extremely well and left the job site without a trace. Highly recommend this company for any help you may need.

I had an urgent situation for a door replacement and RDWD pulled through! Derry was prompt on calls, came out to do measurements, went out of his way to find us a door with a window and had Paul install it! Paul was on time, pleasant to deal with and did a quick and fantastic job! I will recommend these guys to my clients and use them for future services!

My new Lux windows are extremely well made and have done a great job of maintaining a consistent comfortable temperature. However, I did have a problem that two of the windows were wrong but Derry resolved the issue at no extra cost to me. The installers were great, easy to deal with and very professional. I’m very happy with how the windows are performing.

Brutal. Got charged 6500$ for 1 door and a patio sliding door. The delay around Christmas time I can understand. But the lock wasn’t even installed properly and ceased shortly after. Instead of fixing it, they charged another 200$ to install a lock that the key won’t come out of when you lock it. I would never recommend them to anyone. A guy could replace his whole water + sewer line for around the same price maybe a little cheaper.

I didn't know how great they would look by the designs and estimates they sent. But so happy with the results!I'm still in awe over my kitchen window, which faced my neighbors within feet. Got an opaque window and now I don't need a blind or curtain!We bought this house in 2009, built in 2002. But was built by mass/cheap" materials. We've replaced the roof and windows so far. Protect from the outside then finish inside.And these guys are so professional and courteous

They came to do all the doors and windows at my townhouse complex this week and I was very impressed by their efficiency and workmanship. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, and were all friendly. Shao (spelling?) from Iran was especially kind and went out of his way to make sure I knew what was happening in my home.
