This company is extremely embarrassing. So poorly run with slow response times and makes minimal effort to solve any issues. I would stay away from any property managed by this company and hope that the building I own in seeks out new management.This is obviously not the only bad experience I have had with this company otherwise I would not have left this review. There is a reason that out of 56 reviews your average is 2.1 stars. Emails don't get responses, hardly anyone mails or faxes anymore, and phone calls almost always go to voicemail.

Very difficult to get a response when assistance is needed. I have been dealing with Cornerstone for almost 10 years. The first property manager - Russ was fantastic to deal with. Everyone since then will not respond to emails or phone calls. Major lack of customer service. Extremely frustrating when you have a reasonable request (repair needed) and you do not receive a response for months!!

I had a leak in my condo recently.The entire team I dealt with, Sean, Brian and more. Where exceptional .They took on the job without hesitation and did everything they said they would.I thank you again!

Aaron was a great Property Manager but unfortunately after he left, I had an incredibly poor experience with this company for a few years both as a renter and owner. Issues are not resolved promptly, there is a lack of timely communication, and the two Property Managers who I unfortunately had to deal with left a lot to be desired. As such, I would not recommend this company as an owner or a renter. In reading the other reviews, I am clearly not the only one who experienced this.

This is the worst strata company ever!!! My car was damaged by the garage door in march 2022, right after my car was damaged, they sent people fixed the door… and then told me there is no evidence prove my car was damaged by that door?????I was supposed to join the council meeting today on July 7th at 5:30 pm to talk about my car damage and no one ever send me a link… I phoned 3 times left 3 msgs and sent 3 emails didn’t get any reply until 4:58 pm I got an email mentioned this meeting is canceled without even an apology…….There is no basic respect!!!! They do not want to help you solve the issue, instead they try their best to irritate you!!!!!If anyone know how to file a proper complaint to the company please let me know, this is really not acceptable!!!!!!!!

EDIT: The director of operations followed up with me promptly and worked hard to sort out all of the issues and ensure they do not happen again. He was a consummate professional and I hope to have the same experiences with the rest of the company going forward.Property managers (unfortunately) of my condo strata. They are completely unresponsive, not only taking a long time to reply but often not replying at all. I redirected the way my strata payment was paid, and instead of cancelling my previous payment information as I asked them to do multiple times, they decided to collect both for 4 months and hope that I didn’t notice, effectively stealing $850 from me. When I tried to discuss this with them, they ceased communicating with me. Do whatever you can to avoid using them or purchasing a place where they govern the strata.

The service and response I have had from Cornerstones has been prompt, courteous and efficient. Especially over the last year or so, we have been seeing improvements in the building, for example updating the entry phone system, clearing up the bike store, new railings for the balconies, window cleaning. Repairs I have requested have been dealt with in good time and effectively. Greg Long the Property Manager, and the team of Howard, Erin and Brian have provided a good service.

Efficient and easy to contact with quick response time, my experience renting through Cornerstone Properties has been excellent. The online application is also well designed and easy to use, giving you the option to include additional information. This is not always the case with online forms which frequently have no relevance to your particular situation. The friendly staff and well organized property manager, Greg, have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting through Cornerstone Properties.

Parker Middleton who is a property manager for residential, is someone I can trust to find the right tenant quickly, he's quick to react and ensures that the move -in goes smoothly along with helping provide any connections for fixing anything on your property. He also is very adept and effective at rectifying anything that may go sideways. My trust in Parker is implicit, and truly a professional, genuine nice person.
