I loved the ambiance of the shop, the polite staff and if you have even the lightest problem with your order they will make a new one without any hesitation. I ordered two cones both small in size and believe me it was hard to finish next time just make sure not to get the bigger ones because this seemed like a full meal.

It’s hard to beat the pure decadence of a creamy soft serve ice cream completely slathered in melted chocolate and toppings. It’s pure sugar, and by the time you’re done, you’ll probably be starting to feel a little sick… but it’s worth it for that incredibly rich taste. Chocolats Favoris knows what they’re doing, and they continue to hit it out of the park with their classic dipped cones and their kookie cones (and their fun rotating monthly flavours!). I’ve never had one that I didn’t like, but my favourite has been and continues to be the Dulce de Lèche. Thank goodness there are only 3 of these shops in Ottawa, or else I’d really be in serious trouble…

I always get the vegan raspberry sorbet dipped (or in a bowl if I get a bigger size). Always delicious! The chocolate is fantastic and the sorbet is very tasty. I was told new vegan flavors are coming soon...... Stay tuned!

Went this morning with my kids. The lady who served us was so nice. It’s rare to get nice, polite customer service these days. The ice cream was delicious. Great experience overall.

Very nice place for a decadent dessert! This is not for the faint of heart, the food is very rich and creamy. If you’re not used to very sweet and intense chocolate get a mini/smaller size!!! The tastes are amazing. I had the brownie bowl, then we also go maple pancake, hazelnut praline, and key lime pie. The toppings, the dip, and the ice cream are all very high quality! The seating is nice inside and a great place to be with friends. Good outdoor seating too. The service is fast and good! I would only say it would be nice if it was open a bit later than 9pm. I want to go back and try more flavours!

The ice cream texture was off. It was gritty/grainy. Either the machine wasn't working properly or they didn't make it properly. I would expect the ice cream would at least be made properly for what is being charged for these small portions.

Delicious Ice Cream with creative and fun flavors. Large selection of chocolates for all occasions. Fun, inviting and bright location. The only downfall is the staff to customer ratio is not balanced and you have to wait a long time. Also, this place seems very busy with Uber Eats orders and they seem to get overwhelmed at times with in store customers and online orders coming in at the same time. Maybe ordering ahead would be beneficial if you don't have 20 minutes to get a cone.

The ice creams are good! But the fondue is terrible!! The chocolate should be inside the cone not just in the top, it's very miserable!

Being a regular customer for a reason that I Love the place and the food, desserts, ice cream...etc but with my last visit May 26th I was really disappointed staff processed my order with wrong food and they came back to me asking for the difference even that was a small amount but for me I considered unprofessional handling their own mistake, very disappointed.

The service can be a bit slow as the staff don’t always seem focused. Although the quality of the food makes up for it. The store is fairly tidy. I’d recommend the “poutine” which is both delicious and a clever idea!
