Came here to rent a tool. Machine in question was defective and i stopped using it and brought it back next day. Employee said he'd have his manager look into it and mentioned they might refund me. I had to phone back a couple of times to get any awnsers and finally spoke with a manager who told me, yes the machine was defective and would reimburse me within the next few days. A couple weeks later I noticed no reimbursement was issued and went back to the store. Employee told me he would look into it (again) and get back to me. They phoned back later to tell me the machine was working correctly and there would be no reimbursement.In the end i rented a defective machine, was stalled and given the runaround and lied to. I now avoid this place and let friends know of my experience. Unprofessional, can't trust them.

Personnel courtois et avenant, il y a de tout, même pour l'entretien de piscine et avec test d'eau.
