Shoppers Drug Mart

Staff was helpful when it came to retaking citizenship photos. I paid for a photo at another shoppers, but it didn't actually meet the posture and quality requirements. I explained this issue to a staff member and showed him the receipt. He was understanding and retook the citizenship photo for free.

I was purchasing a product that was on sale but didn’t ring up in the register as such. The cashier named Noor kept trying to tell me that I can’t have this product at the sale price since the sticker was misplaced. I know shoppers drug mart policy and if the sticker incorrectly placed on the item then the cashier must give it to me. After the other employee she sent to check told me that the item was in fact $3.99. She took it upon herself to argue with me that I can’t have the sale. We spoke to the manager and she completely kept cutting into the conversation with the manager in which I tried to explain to him the situation. Although the manager agreed that I was right. He was very disrespectful in calling me a little girl and to calm down when I am a fully grown adult.The customer service was not great at all and the workers were rude and disrespectful being called names when I was calmly trying to explain the situation to the manager in which the cashier kept interjecting so that she can prove that I am wrong when in fact I was not.I would recommend going to any other shoppers but this one. I’d rather walk the extra km instead of dealing with rude and disrespectful staff.

Please be aware that the hours have changed, and Google has yet to accept the new hours. This Shoppers is open from 8am - 10pm now. The Shoppers website reflects this change already, and the hours have been posted on the front door.

Went in with siblings for a COVID Vax test, got there right on time but for some reason had to wait for 15 minutes before anyone could be tested, the pharmacologists were dismissive and when finally got our test results they not only print out my sister's WITHOUT a test result (of all things), they sign off on it, and then when trying to get their attention to address their mistake they avoid eye contact and actually shut the door on us!! Great service guys, I know youre busy but that was ridiculous

Needed something at 11:30pm on a Wednesday and looked up the hours, it showed open till 12:00am but when I reached it was closed.

It was the worst experience , I bought a box of chocolate that I wanted to return and they were trying hard not to return it, reading all the labels turning the package around finding a reason or excuse why not to help me, he then Said the package was final sale and I explained to him that I was never told that he said it’s not his fault. I hated their customer service. As a customer my only fault is trusting shoppers drug Mart and buying from them. I left the package there and if they don’t refund the money to me, I will take this further, because it’s not about $16 it’s About the principal.

1) I noticed the hours have changed again which is completely unfortunate.2) I called the pharmacy to request my medication, whether it’s in stock or not. They said it was and they accepted transfer of prescription from another pharmacy. They said they will make it that day. When I went there the medication was not ready. I decided to return the next day. I couldn’t return until the day after the next and was shocked to see they didn’t even have the medication in stock. The pharmacist lied to me. On top of that, they charged my insurance full cost of medication that they don’t even have. The pharmacist looked annoyed by me despite calling ahead and asking if they had it and I don’t plan to return to this location anymore.

Always great service at the pharmacy Arjay & Donald the pharmacist always gives me great service. I like dealing with this pharmacy, clean store and friendly thank you

Incredibly disappointment. I was looking for somewhere open to buy bandaids as I had an emergency tonight and live out of town. The hours for the store say it’s open until 12am but when I arrived at 11:35 it was already closed and there was very clearly a worker inside and and the hours posted outside the store reflected that online. I am incredibly disappointed. Change your hours if you don’t plan on being open.
