Went to H&M Sunday afternoon, found some nice new pants! Love this location, they have many clothing options, store is so tidy, organized and staff are very helpful!

A very mixed experience in my honest opinion. Always crowded with students but the prices are everywhere. Great staff though!

Unable to try dresses( try rooms not functional), so confused about buying as the cashier was saying no return on sale items only swiping can be done.

Worst quality clothing. Just wore the dress pants twice, and the cloth was torn from all over

Returned a sweater cardigan because of wrong size. Painless and easy, just echanged with one in a smaller size, same style. Would go again.

No body there to help you with sizes ect....plus the clothing change for bad.

I love it, a nice clothes selection.

Bad experience,The covered lady (cashier)was so rude to me ,and not offered the points i had in my account ,the other cashier was free but he let us wait long in the line while he is arranging the clothes and people waiting to be called .bad experience ,i dont recommend it ,the oakville branch are more polite and professionals.

I just had a really bad experience at H&M Erin Mills Town Center Mississauga. I went to return an item with a receipt that was initially purchased within 30 days from the Square One location.But a weird looking half orange hair coloured guy at the desk was just too stubborn who kept saying that you have to return the item to the Square One location.I told him that I had already called customer service over the phone to make sure that with the item and the receipt, it can be returned at any H&M store. I told him for such a big store there has to be just one policy. After about 5 minutes of conversation I had to leave. Both guys at the desk kept saying you have to go to Square One.At Square One location customer service took the item without asking a single question and refunded the amount.My only bad experience at H&M!

So funny thing I was at h&m Erin mills location and the jackets I have posted pictures on were on sale the cashier seemed new and was left all alone by other coworkers which were busy gossiping or have fun, I don't mind at all its their business. When it was my turn to cash out I wanted to put the jacket on hold because when see scanned it she said it wasn't on sale but I told her I picked it up from the sale rack she asked the other girl and she came and said the others are on sale but your size isn't so you pay full price. I told her it's not possible I have been shopping here and you guys sometimes don't tag them can you call a manager for me please she said oh they are on break. I said can you see for yourself these two items are same so they should be same price she well if you want it get the bigger size. I was so frustrated by the other cashier n her response that I told them I'll call head office to complain now someone came to cash she asked me whats the issue I told her the story she scanned the item I wanted and said its on sale price I was like please train your employees on how to work the equipment and talk to the customer. She said we will take measures and that was the end of a shopping trip gone so wrong.I felt so bad on how some employees treat their customers the wrong way and they never apologized for the way they dealt with me. I told the girl that solved the problem this way customer won't buy anything and walk out because of the wrong information they are giving by employees. All said and done h&m was my favorite place to shop at but now it's not worth going there.
