I can't say enough positive comments about Structured Restoration, the owner Paul and the entire crew that took care of our basement disaster. We were on vacation in Mexico when our sewer backed up and Paul took care of the entire process while I was on a beach! I completely felt taken care of and full trust while they were in our home while we were away. Just top notch in every regard!

My wife and I had a sump pump fail while we were away on vacation. My tenant found the leak and we contacted Paul and his team at Structured Restorations. They were extremely efficient in cleaning up the water and pinpointing the cause of the issue. Pauls customer communication was far beyond what we were expecting. Paul came to my house when I had water pipes damage in December and sent in a team to do the emergency work. However, Paul was very dismissive, he took samples for asbestos and the testing was not completed properly and up to code given the square footage of the damaged area, he also took all hardwood flooring and never provided sampling and lied many times over about crucial matter to my insurance. I hired a different company to Finish my renos and Paul is not answering his calls nor do I have samples for the old hardwood flooring.Beside his unprofessional approach and crucial mistakes and been dismissive. The crew that he has hired to do the emergency work, were professional, very polite and worked hard to make sure my family were safe.I would not recommend Structured Restorations.

If you have to go through the horrors of water damage, Structured Restoration is the one to call.Paul was quick to respond and advised us through the process. Everything from start to finish was professional and top quality.The team that came in to set up the containment (Dave, Patrick and Ed) did a great job to ensure that everything was well protected and any mess would be well contained.Lou and Willy did a fantastic job in doing all the drywall repair and painting and went above and beyond in the final cleanup and putting the house back in order.I highly recommend Structured Restrooms.

We were sooo shocked the minute we entered the basement of our cottage house. It was flooded with at least 6 inches of water when the sump-pump broke down. Our inflatable bed was floating like it was in the swimming pool. We did not even know where to start, what to do, especially coming from out of town. Got a referral to a plumber and they helped us drained the water and replaced the sump-pump, but that is not the end of it. The real problem was the whole basement was soaked for days and the flooring was coming off, the drywall and the wood all soaked. There is a smell in the basement too. The plumber referred us to Paul, he and his team wasted no time and showed up the next day to contain the damage cause the water flooded the basement was from outside that collected lots of dirt and birds waste and the amount of moisture in the basement will cause mold. The Structured Restoration team (5/6 people) came and removed the drywall (bottom half, they know what they were doing), removed the flooring, disinfected the whole basement and kept the basement fanned for 3 days. During this whole event, Paul and his team kept us informed of the progress as we had to leave home. Paul helped us with the insurance claim also. We highly recommend Structured Restoration. They provided fast and quality service and communication was excellent. Our next project is to restore the basement which We are not hesitating in getting them to do the job as well.Thank you Paul!
