My Wife and I went into the Barrie store today looking to outfit our new deck that we completed last fall. Mary was incredibly helpful, she answered all our questions and gave us time to come to our own decisions about what best suited our needs. We took advantage of the current sales they have and purchased a new table, 8 chairs, sofa, coffee table and a massive 12' round offset umbrella... I can't wait to open the pool!

Dropped in to see what was available, never shopped at DOT before, wanted to shop around before deciding on a purchase. Returned a few days later and Valerie was very knowledgeable of the product and sold uson the outdoor lounge set. Mary explained there was a sale promotion and the money we saved we were able to purchase other accessories to complement our lounge set. Being from out of town, Thornbury area, delivery was on time as scheduled and Clarence and his team were very professional and friendly. Thanks for the great service, definitely recommend this store to shop in future.

Bought outdoor furniture and was given 4 right cushions (curved on back right corner) instead of two right and two left. (They could not be flipped over). One of the new cushions also had the stitching coming undone. When I went in I was told the four cushions were not incorrect despite the fact they didn’t fit correctly and I was told it would take 4 weeks to fix the stitching. Very disappointed!

I've shopped here for years and outfitted my entire deck with DOT Patio furniture and accessories. Recently, I went in to purchase a new table as I needed one that was larger than my current DOT Patio table. Mary, Kathy and The Meateater" we're fantastic. Not only did I get the table I wanted but they organized it so that I could have it before my wife arrived home from a trip so I could surprise her. Great service and friendly

This store has be my go-to outdoor furniture store for many years. They are in a new location which is far larger and well appointed then the previous one. Yes they are pricey but the quality is there. I haver furniture from over 8 years ago that is still as good as when I bought it. Im hoping my recent purchase, who ih was not cheap, will stand the test of time. Management should advise their employees that its not ok to pick their nose, wipe it on a shelf and then into their pants. I spotted this disgusting sight and would have spoken to the manage had she been there that day. I wont deduct a star as it was the action of one employee and I hope it never happens again. Let's stay safe in this post covid period.

Wonderful staff at Dot furniture in Barrie. Customer service is 6/5. We were not happy with the first set and Jane took it back no problem. She made sure we were happy with our next purchase.She knows her products and prices are competitive

DOT has a great variety of furniture, reasonable prices and very good quality. I really like to visit the store and have bought there since we moved to Barrie. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. Recommend it!

Horrible staff at Barrie location. Guy playing on phone couldn't give me any help. Bought some cute tiny planters no bags or anything to carry them out. After my purchase no thank you or nothing he just went back to playing his phone. Boy... customers are such a pain eh?

My husband and I drove almost an hour to this store after work one night and when we got there at 6:30pm they were closed... The website" said they were open until 9:00pm. I called the store from the parking lot and a lady answered and I mentioned that I thought they'd be open... She told me they close at 6pm

I ordered a cover for our large patio umbrella earlier this year. The order was to arrive early September and it did. Unfortunately I was unable to pick it up in a timely manner and had several phone conversations with Mary during which she was extremely patient and friendly. Today I finally got around to picking up the cover! I met Eddie and Mary and they were both terrific! Mary is a very charming up seller LOL. I will definitely be back when I’m in the market for indoor, outdoor items, gifts etc. Great experience!! Great store!!
