Concord Aluminum Railings

Anyone who would give this more than a 2 star rating, must be related in some way.I am a contractor who called for a quote 3 weeks ago. The girl gave me the wrong email address for sure because I even read it back to her. This forced me to go in person. I went in, got a very vague quote, asked to set up a profile, which they obviously didn’t.I went back in on Friday May 3 to place an order and the girl told me then that my profile wasn’t set up. She told me that the system was down and they weren’t able to do anything. She told me to hang on for a few minutes while she set me up in the system to place my order.I waited for over an hour, when I looked over to see what the hold up was, I noticed she hadn’t set me up and she was doing some other work, I walked out to never return. I went to their competitor down the street and I was set up in there system and placed my order within a few minutes. Should have gone there from the get go.

Good quality, and very helpful staff. Try them and you will like them and their products.

This was our second installation of Concord Glass Railings.From our firstpurchase in 2016 to our recent one two weeks ago we could not be more pleased.The product is spectacular, and the staff are all uniquely qualified and extremely helpful. Don’t bother. They don’t deal with the public and they make sure to let you know your call to inquire about their products isn’t welcome.UPDATE!! I note the response and appreciate same however in my case I was not directed to any installer/contractor. I was flat out told you are ONLY a supplier and I would need to shop elsewhere. There were no helpful suggestions made to me to source out product/installers for my project. I have since contracted and completed my project save for the railing which incidentally I secured on my own. Perhaps my dealings with your company is a one off but in this particular instance your response to me is completely void of any culpability in how I arrived at my conclusion. At any rate what's done is done and and I stand by my review.

I started dealing with Concorde back in 2004 for the odd system. As I was manufacturing my own product at the time and had requests for something less expensive than built from scratch custom railings. Since 2013 I have been dealing with Concorde and they do their very best to accommodate my every request. Like every business they have hiccups once in a while. Any concerns I have are dealt with in a timely manner and they bend over backwards to make sure I’m well looked after. I’m not their biggest customer by far but I feel like I’m their most important one. Keep up the good work!

I am a contractor and I requested a quote for a client in order to bid on a project. I requested a quote on April 14th and to this day (April 26th), I still have not received a formal quote. Your claim is 24 hour turnaround for a quote is it not? So in a panic and extreme urgency to bid on a job before I lost it, I was finally able to get someone to give me a rough price per linear foot of glass railing over the phone. (Which no doubt will most likely be wrong).Every time I call the lady that answers gives me a new story. Mostly having to do with corrupt software that crashes halfway through working on a quote. At this point I think, can this not be solved with a piece of paper and a pencil, but that's not my business. Every time I call she says I will call you back in 10 minutes" and never does. Every time I call she says she has it right in front of her and she is working on it

I couldn't have asked for better service, from planning to loading material up at their location, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
