Very happy with the service. I Purchased the cleats because I think they are some of the best on the market. However mine were defective with one edge being sharp that cut the rope. I called the company and they replace them all with no questions asked and ship them to me for free.

After multiple unanswered voicemail messages and emails through Dock Edge website I finally got a live person in their sales department to pick up the phone. She was nice but did the minimal and seemed apathetic in helping, they had no color samples to send out, referred me to their dealers which I explained I already looked found none in both Florida and where I live and online I had to buy the product and return it. She didn't seem to care, so now I don't. Finding another dock part supplier, fortunately there are many.

If I can put 0 stars I would!! I was in need of equipment and parts that this manufacturer sell. After calling over 4 times and emailing over 4 times and still to this day I have not received a call or email back! Very bad customer service! Doesn’t return calls, 1 internal sales guy and 2 in the field, you would think someone will answer back! Save your time and go elsewhere.
