Lake Range Realty

I'm not sure who's building I wanted to purchase, but it's no wonder why it's been on the market for OVER a year. I had my agent attempt to contact one of Lake Range's agents for one of their listings to prepare a viewing. After a couple days with no response I decided to look at a different property. That property didn't work out for me, so about a week later I asked my agent to contact the Lake Range agent again to set up a viewing. The Lake Range agent couldn't be bothered to contact us, so I decided to attempt calling the Lake Range agent myself. I was unsuccessful, my agent took me by the building to at least look at the outside of it. After looking at the outside of the building we attempted to call the agent......NO RESPONSE! I ended up finding a different property to purchase. I wish I knew the seller. I'd like to advise them why it's taking SOOO long to sell their property. Horrible service!!After seeing the post, I don't think it's fair to the other agents to blanket them as being the same. Although I didn't want to through names out their, but in this case I must, because I am sure the other agents at Lake Range would never do this. SO, Kevin, as if you don't know this is all about you, but I just needed to confirm IT IS!! (not that you'll respond to this either, but time is money, and KEVIN wasted mine and certainly the seller's also)
